I rubbed my eyes, what time was it anyways? I couldn't tell because the only light source was the lamp right above the couch where I fell asleep last night. I sat up and began thinking about last night. Kim! I had to tell her about the weird dream from last night- it wasn't a dream? The little blue figure flew in and it looked at me a little surprised, "You're finally awake, I'm guessing you kept your sleeping habits." I managed to smile a little before getting off the couch, I stood there for a moment before stretching and making inhumane noises which were made accidentally of course. I tried my hardest to find the way out of the library but I didn't even remember how I got to the couch in the first place. Kiri sighed and grabbed a strand of my now oddly colored hair and began guiding me to the entrance. I laugh lightly and mumbled a quick thank you. I could hear Kim humming meaning she had to be close, Kiri squealed and hid quickly in my shirt. I wondered what was wrong with her but then Kim interrupted my thoughts, "Breakfast is ready!" I quickly rushed to the sound of her voice and was greeted by Kimberly with a glass of orange juice in her hand, she grabbed my arm and rushed both of us to the dining room.
The dining room seemed so clean and organized and yet Kimberly kept apologizing because of the 'mess'. I laughed lightly and smiled at her, "There isn't nothing you should be sorry for." She simply nodded and took at seat at the dining table, I quickly followed and took a seat directly in front of her. She simply smiled,"Ready for breakfast?" I looked down at the orange juice that was to my right and studied it quickly, there was some pulp at the bottom of the glass, it had to ba natural, "Ready when you are," I smiled as I looked back up at her. She took in a deep breath, "Sebastian!" I jumped just a little in my seat, what was she yelling for? Was her house that big that she needed to yell for someone to be able to hear her? A young man appeared with two rather large plates, his dark brown hair was pushed back and if I was completely honest he did look a little like Spain. He placed the plates on the table, one for me and one for Kimberly, the plates had two pancakes, scrambled eggs and two slices of bacon. Kimberly smiled and looked at Sebastian before nodding, the young man quickly left the dining room, I had so many questions by now. I looked down at the plate and then up at Kimberly who was already eating the scrambled eggs, I laughed softly, impatient just like I remembered her. I wanted to ask her so many questions but I was so hungry I wanted to eat and ask questions later. I took a slice of bacon and I was about to take a bite until I felt something moving in my shirt, dammit Kiri! I cleared my throat and excused myself from the table, "I have to go to the restroom," I said before walking out of the dining room and rushing to the nearest hallway, I pulled Kiri out from under my shirt, "You have some explaining to do!" I try to keep my voice soft, Kiri simply shook her head, "Hey you shouldn't be talking to a magical creature like that!" I sighed, "I don't even know what you are," I paused, "What at you?!"

"Ok so let me get this straight, you're like a magical being called a familiar and you're meant to protect Divya, my two part." Kiri processed what I had just said and nodded, "Correct." I scratched the back of my head, "Then...why are you following me?" She sighed, "Im bound to her, I never said I was bound to her soul," she explained quickly, well that didn't sound creepy at all. "Ok, you're telling me that my soul is in this body and her soul is in my body?" Kiri turned away, "Pretty much but I've got to go, your friend is coming," she floated away leaving me alone in the hall, "Hey, ___, you ok?" I saw Kim with a sweaty forehead, how long was I here with Kiri? "We've been looking for you for like 3 hours!" Well at least that answered my question, "I got a little lost," I tried to explain, and thankfully Kim took the bait, "Ok well I've got some errands to run, would you like to come with me or would you like to stay so you can shower and stuff." I laughed, she seemed to remain the same even in this world, after all she was a two part either way, "I guess I'll go with you, I'm really curious about what it is you do here," I said, "besides I've got some questions to ask."
