James sifted his hands gentle on the slums boys hip and place a gentle kiss on the bridge of his rigid nose.
The Russian's pale skin was cold to the touch. He slowly opened his eyes and gazed at James.
Aleks slowly shifted his weight fully onto his hip and huffed gently.
"Take it easy.." James whispered softly and gently cupped Aleks' cheek.
The smaller make released a stuttered breathe and gulped a hard ball of saliva "It's.. So cold, James.." He whispered.
James teared up and gently grabbed Aleks' hand. "I know baby..." He kissed the cold knuckles on Aleks' hand and huffed.
Aleks' chest rose and fell rapidly. He licked his chapped lips and nuzzled his face into James' warm chest.
James wrapped his arms around Aleks and held him close, trying to keep him warm.
He gazed up at the hospital ceiling and shook his head "Please.." James sniffled "I can't loose him..." He whispered and kissed the top of Aleks' head and wept quietly "I can't.. Loose him.."
