Chapter 11: The Truth and The Lies

I woke up and saw Zane sleeping. I put my hand onto his face slightly and notices a little envelope on the desk. I got up gently to not wake him up ad picks it up. I opened it slightly and took out a letter. It was an invitation. I whispered,"He wasn't...lying..." I slip my hands back inside the envelope and slightly took out a plane ticket.

However, Zane immediately woke up and grabbed my hand before I was able to look at it fully. Zane whispered,"What do you think your doing?"

"I-I'm sorry," I whispered.

He sighed and took the envelope and letter out of my hands. "I'm going to go make breakfast..," he mumbled.

I giggled slightly,"Y-your hair is a mess..."

He smiled,"Yours too..." He put his hand onto my head. "I see cat ears too," he laughed.

"W-what," my eyes widen as I feel blood rush to my face making it heat up.

"Just kidding, my little kitty cat," he laughed and gets up off the bed. He leaves the room.

"Geez," I whispered. I put my hand onto where my heart is. "What..is this feeling," I mumbled.

I wish..I stole that plane ticket..AGH! No it is his dream school...I...have to support him...heh....hehe...heh......just... what is this feeling?

A single tear ran down my cheek and suddenly I heard the doorbell ring. I ran downstairs and saw Zane opening the door. There was Aaron and by that I yelled,"Aaron!" I ran down the steps as fast as I can and jumped into Aaron's arms.

"Aphmau," he smiled. He tried leaning in to kiss me.

I slightly turned my head pretending I did not notice. I looked at Zane,"Zane...did you call him?"

"Yea I did...anyway..time for you guys to catch up," he smiled awkwardly and closed the door on us.

"Wait...," I mumbled.

We didn't even have..breakfast...together..

Aaron stared at what I was wearing and whispers,"Your wearing...Zane's clothes..."

I nodded,"I slept with him last night..."

"Wait what," he yells.

"N-not what you think! We just...slept by each other..He tried cheering me up," I faked a smile.

"What happen...," he whispered quietly.

"I-its nothing...I just want to catch up with you...," I smiled. He quickly kisses me on my lips and wouldn't let go. I tried to stop him and yelled,"A-aaron stop it! Stop it now!"

He let's go of me, surprised by my actions and looked away,"Sorry...I just missed you..."

I sighed and grabbed his hand. I pulled him away from Zane's house and toward Aaron's house.

It hurts...

I felt my heart beating rapidly. However, it was breaking. Hours passed by till it was 1:00. Aaron seemed to be annoyed with something.

"What's bothering you...," he whispered.

"Nothing..," I said as I sat onto the couch.

"Aphmau tell me now! You wouldn't even kiss me at all today..when I tried, you rejected me...why? Aren't we together..now..we should be happy," he yells. He stared straight at me as I stared straight at him. I saw his eyes full of worry. I began crying and he suddenly hugged me,"I'm sorry..but I'm worried about you.."

"A-aron I'm sorry! I'm so so...so...Sorry," I whispered.

"Sorry for what," he asked gently.

"It's just...I know you got ran over by a car..just to buy this necklace..for me...this locket...but.." I whispered.

"Its okay...but what locket? I went to get you..a my little horses plush...because we were at the convention," he asked curiously.

I showed him the locket around my neck and his eyes widens. I whispered,"Zane said..."

"He told me..that was his gift to you...," he mumbled.

"Zane...," I mumbled.

Zane? Why...did he lie? Maybe...

"Aaron...I think I don't love you anymore...it doesn't feel right..I'm Sorry," I mumbled.

He looked down,"I know...I feared that you don't love me anymore all day...it appears...you fell in love with Zane.."

"Z-Zane," I whispered. "N-no I don't," I mumbled.

"Then..I..just might be able to tell you this...He isn't leaving in two days. It was a lie..he's leaving today. He is going to the airport right now. The one closest to here. He wanted me to get you, So he can pack up. It's 1:41 p.m. The flight is leaving at 2:00 p.m....if you-," he stuttered.

"W-what," I mumbled.

Quickly I got up off the couch and ran out the door. "Z-Zane...why...are you...!"

Aaron's POV

"I knew..it...you do love..him..haha...," I looked down heart broken. "Zane's lucky...and I wonder how long...Will it take for her to find out.."

I stared at the tv and at the boring tv show series that she loves. I watched the show remembering the times when we watched it together,"Zane..how dare you leave...because she is with me.."

...looks like I don't deserve her..I knew it, something was wrong when I kissed her...on that day...i wish she picked me...(The day when they got together)

Aphmau's POV

I kept running and ran as fast as I can.

Zane how could you leave me! How dare you!! We..didn't Even say goodbye! Zane..I can't stop thinking about you..I don't want to lose you! I still..want to see your smile..
