"Konami?"
I awake to see Savanna in the tree house.
"How long have you been in here?"

"Since my mom and I got into an argument about South Korea."

"Why? Doesn't she wanna go?"

"Yea, but now she's talking about moving there, because she wants what's best for me, and what not."

"Really? Moving? Wow, you aren't going to... are you?"

"It's hard for me to leave here, because of memories, and you being here, and I can't leave my best friend."

"It's a chance for you to explore though. If I had a chance to move to South Korea, I would. I wanna see the world, and travel. You have that opportunity Konami, now take advantage of it. Plus, you can sing and dance in Korean! You could try out for sooo many groups, and bands there. You could even be a solo artist."

"There's a one in a million chance that, that'll happen Savanna, and anyway I dont wanna leave you, but I really hurt my mom's feelings today. I've been gone all day because of that stupid argument, and she's probably worried about me."
I stand up and get ready to climb down the ladder of the tree house, when Savanna stops me.

"Konami what are going to do? Don't worry I'll always be your best friend. No one could ever replace you, and hopefully nobody will replace me."

"Of course not. Nobody could ever fill in your place. I love you like a sister. Oh, and uh... you won't see me at school until next week. I got suspended for getting into a fight."

"Yea, I heard about that. I see that your eye is swollen."

"Yea" I say as I touch my swollen eye. "I'll call you later and let you know what happened."

"Wait are you going?"

"I think I'm going to South Korea." I say smiling. Savanna hugs me.

"Good! Now go home" she says jokingly. I laugh, and climb down the later.
When I got home, my food is on the table. My mom cooked Galbi, (pork or beef ribs), with steamed vegetables, and rice. I don't bother to eat though, instead I go upstairs in my moms bedroom, to look for her. She's in her bed watching television. When she sees me, she sits up.
"Where were you all day?"

"At Savanna's"

"Your food is on the table... you can go heat it up."

"Okay, but first, I wanna apologize about the argument earlier. I did not mean anything I said, and I know you're disappointed in me, about South Korea, bu-" My mom cuts me off.

"That's not what I'm upset about Konami. I'm upset because I don't feel like a good parent. When you brought up your father, and how he would understand, I felt terrible. I know I went off on you, and I'm sorry too... so, what were you saying?"

"I was saying I wanna move to Korea. Savanna approves, and I thought good and hard on it. My decision is final, and I promise I won't change my mind. Plus, I wanna meet my family anyways."
My mom gets up and hugs me.

"Are you sure Konami?"

"I'm positive."

"Well then it's settled. I'm going to try to sell the furniture, and quit my job, so we can get the show on the road."

"When do you think we'll be moving?"

"In a couple of weeks maybe. I'll have to call the relatives and tell them the news. I haven't spoken to them in so long. Will you be okay in school those weeks?"
I nod my head.

"Good"
I walk to my room across the hall and text Savanna.

Me: Guess who's moving in about a month now?
