Jane's pov

I'm wearing my black t-shirt with small shorts and Avery is wearing the opposite. We walk into the hospital and she sits down in a chair while I walk up to Travis' room.
When I get there the woman tells me he is slipping farther away every hour and right now he has only 20% chance of living.
I sit and wait and talk and sit and wait but nothing happens except he now has 18% chance of living. I'm about to get up when I hear," BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP." I look around for a nurse and she says he only has a 6% chance now I fall to the floor and cry. The tell me he'll be dead by morning and give me a call. I walk home with Avery and run to our room. I go to bed early cause I don't wanna hear the sympathy of my family.

The next day

I get a call at 8 am and start to cry. I pic it up and hear(. Bold = nurse regular= Jane)

End of call

I grab my bag and run towards the hospital after leaving a note. I enter the hospital panting and enter his room.

TRAVIS' pov

I see a hall of light and a hall of dark. When I walk to the light I feel nothing but when I walk to the dark I feel tons of pain. What if the lights death and the darks staying alive. I start walking towards the light till I hear," he got 6% chance of living!" I almost take the next step when I know it's gonna be wrong. How can I just die knowing I haven't been forgiven by Jane? With that I run towards the dark till I hurt to much so I fall. Now I can feel I'm in my body not in a coma anymore.

Janes pov

I feel like a just saw him smile. But I know he didn't. The second I'm about to get up I hear a moan. I look at Travis and see him wincing. I can't believe it I run out of the room looking for a nurse. I finally find one and drag her into his room without telling her what happened. He opens his eyes minuets after I walk into the room. " Jane I'm sorry! Please....", he croaks out before I interrupt him with a kiss. He kisses back. This the first guy I ever loved kissed me back! I shake my head yes and he smiles. He turns his hand and winces. I tell him he has stitches and there gonna have to do surgery. He nods and closes his eyes and says he's gonna nap. While he's asleep I can't help but thank god so many times I fall asleep while doing so.
