Most surprising twist in the game?
Well, I'm sorry to say it but I wasn't surprised. And it's my fault. I read a Danganronpa where the mastermind was the person who didn't follow the rules and was killed, so Junko being the mastermind didn't surprise me. I looked at the wikis of the SDR2 characters so that was spoiled. I also watched all of the SDR2 deaths and executions before watching the game. And the third game, well it surprised me a little, but I also watched all of the executions. Sad to say, nothing surprised me ;,'(
