Long long ago, just kidding, it was only twelve years, my mom left her home town. Today, we're moving back.
"Lily, it's time to leave! Get in the car!"
I closed my diary and went downstairs. I grabbed my suitcases and threw all but one in the trunk of our red convertible mustang. I then got in the backseat of the car and opened the suitcase that wasn't in the trunk.
I took out my purple tiger stuffed animal that I've had since I was a baby and set it in my lap.
My puppy, Princess jumped in the open car door and sat in the seat beside me. I patted her head and opened my diary, to finish my entry.
Mom said our new house is about five hours away. BORING!!! I have no idea why she left and came this far just to go back, but she did. I honestly think she went insane before she came here.
I closed my diary, not knowing what else to write, and looked out the window, cuddling my stuffed tiger. Princess climbed on me so she could look out too, so I decided to roll the window down some.
She stuck her head out the window and let her fur blow in the wind. Princess is a white toy poodle. I always put bows on her ears. Sometimes, though, instead of bows, I put a small tiara. I mainly only do that on Halloween, though.
I put my feet on the seat, curled into a ball, leaned my head on the window, and fell asleep.
