The boy was knocked out and I had her gun between her eyes, death by your own weapon. How pathetic, I wonder how she'll feel. Who cares, she'll know in a few seconds. Kill her now, while you have the chance!

I looked into her eyes which felt like a eternity, her glowing brown irises only said one thing, help me. All she was pleading for was mercy, she looked just like her, just like...

-Flash back-

"Aly, take this and run. Don't you dare look back!" Said the male of the group

The girl called 'Aly' nodded and ran, ran of not looking back as her dad said. I walked up to the dad stabbing him continuously, his blood stained my clothes but I didn't care. "This is what you all deserve!" I shouted

"That's enough he's dead!" She shouted behind me

I stopped listing to her command. I got up telling the other that I'm going after the girl. I ran off after her and I was on her tail, her long hair following her as she ran. Turing a corner, I lost her, she was already to far gone. Tch, what a brat.

Wait, these people, they didn't fight back. Their eyes weren't red, their aura was normal, did I just kill innocent people? Did I just become the monster that I fear? What did I do?

-Flash back over-

I slowly moved the gun from her head letting go of her. I throw her gun back to her and she caught it clumsily. Picking up all my weapons scattered across the ground, I kept wondering was that the same girl from a year ago. Maybe it is, but what if it's not.

You should of killed her while you had the chance, I sense power with this one.

Yeah but this ones different, and so's the boy you knocked out, take his powers now!

I have to make it up to this girl, I have to look after her so she doesn't end up like her family, like how I killed them. And so she doesn't end up like her.

Glancing behind me, Aly was sitting there staring blankly at the wall but snapped out of it when she realised I was looking at her. "Thank you for sparing me," she thanked but I only shrugged

I could sense in her voice that she was still scared, that she probably just wanted to be left alone. Something began vibrating in my pocket. It was the phone, I pulled it out throwing it to Aly and she picked it up.

"Hello?" She said

"Hello, is everyone there,"

"If by everyone you mean the crazy blacked haired guy, the quite one that hasn't anything since we've met and the cute little girl, then yes we're all here," she muttered

"Ok, well I brought you all there for a special mission for the government," the anonymous man stated

"Why us though?" She asked

"Because you guys were the closes ones there," he said blankly

Well thanks a lot bro!

"Well in the basement of this hospital is a cure to the Haze, we need you guys to get the cure to a lab in--- in--" and he was cut off.

"It's dead," Aly said hitting the phone

I nodded as i put my back pack down looking for something in there, here! Rope, I walked towards the unconscious brat and started tieing him up. "What are you doing?" She asked

I ignored Aly and continued to tie him up, "Um, my name's Aly what's yours?" She questioned
Is she trying to make small talk with me, we might have to stop for supplies before we go down into the basement.

Getting up, I dragged the ravin haired boy along with me as Aly asked where we were going still came along. I grabbed more amo and food supplies, taking a bit of pain killers since regenerate doesn't stop the pain. I saw Aly starting to gather a bunch of drugs and food with a bit of amo for her hand gun.

Which was a 3.8 XD-9, not a bad choice but not the best. It's barrel won't make a fit if it's loaded with lead bluets and the barrel is not going to wear a sloppy fit with less than a lifetimes worth of amo.

I took out my machete and held it in a defensive position as we found the entrance to the basement. I looked at Aly and she looked back at me, I gave her a nod of approval and side kicked the door off. We looked into the dark abyss and the stairwell that continued down forever.

Each step we took echoed down. It grow darker and darker by the second, I pulled out my touch giving it to Aly, she put her right hand over her left. I wonder where'd she learn that. She was still tense, never letting her guard down, glancing at me every few seconds.

When we finally reached the bottom of the stair case there were gigantic iron doors. "I got this," Aly walked up to the panel on the left

The did some weird hacking think and the doors opened. We walked in to find a desk with a computer and some papers, and a door in the back. Connected to the computer was a charger. Great now I can charge the phone, I plugged it in and waited for the little buzz that it makes.

Aly opened the door into the next room and entered it. "Um, dude you might want to see this," she said with clear shock in her voice

I continued to dragged the annoying knock out boy, and as I entered the room I was in pure shock. My eyes widened and my breath hitched, cold sweat began trickling down my forehead.

"What the hell is that thing?..." I whispered aloud
