Contractions

Perrie's POV

"Zayn I swear you better hurry up or-." I began but got caught off by my mum walking in the front door.

"Perrie where's Lola?" She asked me

"She's upstairs can you go tell Zayn to hurry up before my water breaks!" I said sitting on the couch uncomfortably grabbing my stomach "Ah." I winced as another contraction hit

"Yep." And with that my mum dashed up stairs soon coming back with a little ballerina suit case and a purple duffel bag for Lola.

"Bye mummy." She smiled widely at me

She started to run towards me with her eyes wide open and I screamed in pain as another contraction came.

"Don't give mummy a hug today she's in pain." My mum told Lola

"No, it's fine I need a big big hug." I said giving my mum a death glare for telling her she couldn't hug her own mother that she might never see again.

"I love you." I mumbled into my baby girls hair "And don't you ever forget if."

"I won't and I love you the mostest." She giggled giving me a kiss on the cheek before bending down and kissing my stomach.

I chuckled watching her and my mum walk out the door. I wasn't supposed to go into labor today but I'm pretty sure I am.

"Zayn!" I yelled sternly

"Coming." Zayn called back

As soon as I stood up I waddled to the door one hand on my back and the other on my stomach. I looked down to see a puddle of water at my feet.

"Babe, I think my water just broke!" I shouted up the stairs

Seconds later Zayn came walking downstairs with two suit cases, two duffel bags, and two bags of necessities like our tooth brushes and stuff.

"Zayn you know I don't need my bags right?" I asked

Zayn has been taking this whole,dying, thing really hard and he thinks that if we keep everything positive it will be ok, I wish I could slap him back to reality sometimes.

"Think positive." He reminded me for the millionth time.

I'm not going to argue with him it's not a good time.

He threw a pair of gray baggy sweats and underwear at me. I struggled while sliding down my leggings and underwear Zayn helped me though.

"Hi, how may I help you?" The polite lady at the front desk asked

"Hi, my wife Perrie Edwards water just broke." Zayn answered smiling ear to ear but in his eyes all you could see the pain, the same way I feel.

"Ok room 228 floor 2 and congratulations." We nodded and walked away hand in hand.

Zayn dragged his suit case and carried his bag I made him leave mine in the car because I don't want him to get his hopes up.

"Yay, today's the day. I hope he looks like you." I smiled at Zayn as we walked into the room.

"Me too but I know either way he'll be beautiful." He smiled at me.

"I love you." I smiled getting lost in his beautiful dark eyes.

"I love you too." He smiled pecking me on the lips. "I've loved you so since the day I met you and I'll love you forever." He whispered on my lips.

"Hello, Mr and Mrs Malik. I'm nurse Edith the doctor will be here in a minute please put this on and get comfy on the bed." She smiled politely handing me a hospital gown.

"Thank you." I smiled taking it from her hands.

"Are you the unordinary case the doctor was telling me about?"the nurse asked

"I'm guessing so." I said quietly looking at the nurse.

"I'm so sorry." The nurse said with sorrow in her eyes "Your doing good so far though, I'm not trying to scare you or anything but most people with cases like you have mini caesuras as soon as their water breaks, if anything happens come get us immediately."

Ok, I'm doing good so far, I hope.

I nodded before watching the nurse leave.

"I'm going to change in the bathroom since there's no door in here." I whispered to Zayn not facing him

"Do you need help." He asked I shook my head before walking to the bathroom in my hospital room.

I began taking off my shirt first when I got a really painful contraction, then I got light headed, and all of the sudden it became hard to breath. I began wheezing heavily before collapsing to the ground on my side, I quickly rolled onto my back so I don't hurt the baby.

The last thing I remember is screaming "ZZ-A-YN" then
everything went black
