Like You Love Me

Reunion

I nearly scream out of joy when I look around to see some of my best friends surrounding me.

How is this even happening.

"Omg, hi JJ! " I run up and hug Johnson before going on to Glinsky.
I'm such a Fan girl.

" I've missed you guys so much! " I exclaim as I squeeze them both tightly.

After hugging them I greet Matt, Taylor, and Aaron with tears of joy in my eyes.

" Oh, don't cry! We'll melt. " Matthew exclaims and I giggle.

" Shut up, Espinosa. " I punch his shoulder and that's when I see Shawn enter the hotel with a bunch of bags in his hands.

I run at him and jump into his arms causing him to drop all of the bags, I can feel the hotel staff glaring at me..

" Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! " I plant a big kiss on his lips before realizing what I did.

I bring my hands up to my lips and smile slightly.

"Awww!!!" The guys all exclaim and both of our faces go red as a tomato.

"Sorry, I got excited. " I apologize to Shawn who seems stunned.

" Uh-I-Its okay. " He stutters in shock eyes fleeting from me to Johnson and Glinsky.

He puts me down and starts picking up some of the bags with a small, barely noticeable, smile.

" Let me help. " I grab a couple of the bags and tell the guys we will meet up with them after we unpack.

The elevator ride was short and filled with silence. On top of that John was smirking like a maniac, almost as if he just won the lottery.

What is that about?

We get to the room and I stare in awe.

"Could this day get any better? "

We unpack our bags and decide to relax for a little while before meeting up with the guys.

That's when I realize.

" Hey Shawn? " I ask trying to contain myself.

" Yeah? " He turns to look at me still seeming in a daze.

" There is only one bed... " I inform him and he nods his head.

" Yeah, I figured we'd just sleep together since we do pretty much all the time anyways. " He explains and I gulp.

" What was that!?! " John nearly chokes from a stool in the kitchen.

" Not like that John. " I chuckle.

There is nothing stopping me here though, from thinking like that. Here I don't have parents to worry about walking in on us.

" Am I going to have to stay in here with you two? " He teases and that's when Shawn speaks up.

" No! " He exclaims causing John to burst out in laughter.

" Alright, well I'm going to sleep, do not leave this hotel. In fact, why don't you just have the guys come up here to hang. " He suggests before exiting the hotel room.

" Yeah, I think he's right, I'm too tired to really go anywhere right now anyways." Shawn states and I give him a friendly smile before pulling out my phone and texting the guys to just come up here.

"That works. " I tell him and we turn on the TV to see what's on.

It doesn't take long for the guys to get here in a large hoard.

They file in and the calm disappears, but that's to be expected.

" So what are we going to do? " Matt asks as Johnson and Glinsky pull Shawn to the side.

I hear them whispering but I can't tell what they are saying and I don't want to be nosy so I'll stay out of it.

" We could watch TV? " I suggest timidly and they all nod.

" First, let's make a Fort!" Taylor exclaims grabbing the blankets off the bed.

We make a crappie looking Fort and all huddle inside it, the Jack's and Shawn on the side farthest from me.

"What's up wifey? " Cam asks from beside me and I perk up.

" Nothing, what's up with you? Not cheating on me are you? All this time away... " I tease and he chuckles.

" Never. " He winks before pulling out his phone along with a pair of ear buds.

"I made you a birthday present, wanna see it?" He asks and I nod my head quickly as he unlocks his phone and hands me an ear bud.

I put it in my ear and close my eyes until he tells me to open them.

"Okay, you can look. " He tells me and I open my eyes to see a video titled,

'Happy Birthday Lydie'

I smile as my favorite song, "A drop in the ocean" by Ron Pope starts playing as pictures of me and the guys on the beach slide by.

When the song switches so does the theme and location of the pictures. They go from me and the guys, to me and Jaxx, me and Cam goofing around, Shawn and I holding hands on the board walk, Me vs the Jack's in Basketball (I won), Taylor and I attempting and failing at making Shawn muffins, Me pranking Matt and Aaron, them pranking me... Basically I start balling my eyes out by the end of the video.

"Wow, Cam. That's amazing, thank you so much. " I smile before reaching over and hugging him tight.

"It's nothing really, not half as good as Shawn's present right?" He forces a laugh and I hit his shoulder lightly.

"It is perfectly perfect." I pop the P's.

He gives me a smile before going to sit beside Aaron, leaving me an old sentimental fool.

"What's wrong Bae?" Taylor asks me when he sees I've been crying and I smile.

"Nothing, this is just the best birthday ever." I tell him honestly.
