here's a halsey workout to tone that body:

new americana: stretching
wasting time: jumping jacks
entire room 93 EP: running
gasoline: lunges
hold me down: push ups
control: squats
castle: russian twists

i know it's kind of hard doing push ups (( or any of these exercises really )) for like 3 mins lol but you can always play the song for 30 seconds then skip to the next thing! have fun getting toned ((:
