Chapter 5: Buff boy? That's the best you could come up with?

"All travelers in group 3 may board their plane to Tokyo, Japan."

I bounded forward, slightly limping because my shin was still very sore. As I was reaching to hand the lady my boarding ticket, a tan, muscular arm reached in front of me and swiftly handed the lady his ticket. Caleb side stepped so he was fully standing in front of me and the lady scanned his ticket, barely even blinking at the fact that he totally just cut me. Caleb winked at the lady and continued forward, leaving a red faced airline worker for me to hand my ticket over to. My eye twitched as I handed my ticket over, snatching it back from her when she told me to 'enjoy my flight.' Yeah, I'll enjoy my mother effing flight alright.

Just kidding.

I stepped onto the plane, making my way to the seat that was positioned in the group of seats that were in middle of the plane. Our plane is quite large since the flight is so long, so there are groups of seats on the right, middle, and left of the plane. There was a lot of leg room and a blanket with a pillow on it, since the flight was going to be so long. I placed my bag up in the overhead compartment and stood with my arms crossed staring down at Caleb, waiting for him to look up at me so I could get into my seat that was next to his. A few more seconds pass by and he still acts like he hasn't noticed me. I clear my throat and he finally looked up, his eyebrows raised and mouth set in a firm line.

"What?"

"I need you to stand up so I can get in my seat."

"If you say please, I'll stand up for you."

"No."

"No?"

Caleb's mouth slightly turned upwards in an amusing smirk as I stubbornly responded with a curt 'no.' What? He's rude to me ninety-five percent of the time he's around me.

"You never use manners with me, so this time I'm not using them with you."

"Fine then. You can crawl over to your seat," he responded smugly.

"Seriously?"

Caleb crossed his arms as a reply, showing that he was not joking around. Alrighty then, if that's how it's going to be. Without thinking of a strategy, I had already began my crawl over him and over to my seat. I was sort of struggling because I was trying to avoid hitting my injured shin on anything, and was also trying to make sure I did not hit the person who was sitting in the seat next to me. I finally pulled myself into my seat and settled in. The passenger sitting next to me was looking at me weirdly, but I just brushed it off, not really giving a care.

"This is definitely one of the worst license pictures I have ever seen, Sunshine."

My head whipped sideways and stared in horror at my wallet that Caleb was currently holding in his big hands. He had taken my license out of it and was smiling at the picture on the plastic card. My eyes widened and in a second flat, I had snatched my wallet and license out of his hands. My mind immediately raced with the question of how the fuck did he manage to snag my wallet from me without me even noticing that he took it?

"What the hell, asshole? You can't just go around taking peoples wallets from them. How the hell did you manage to do that?"

"You're not exactly the most alert person, Sunshine. You crawled over me and I snatched it from your pocket," he shrugged casually.

I narrowed my eyes down on him and shoved my license back into it's little pocket it is normally in. Still hot headed, I replied

"And for your information, asshole, the reason my picture is so hideous, is because I woke up thirty minutes late and had literally no time to get ready. I was still wearing my pajamas."
