Harry's POV
There she is again, the same spot in the corner of the store reading and casually staring out the window from time to time. And here I am again, staring at her from behind the counter like some creep.
But I can't help it she's just so beautiful, with her long, wavy, brown hair reaching just above her hips. And the most beautiful pair of blue ey- "Do you always have to stare at her when she comes to the cafe?"
My co- worker And best friend Niall asks me "I can't help it." I sigh turning around to face him. "She's just so pretty an-" "And intriguing yeah yeah I got it." He says interrupting me "You just can't always stare at her mate it's getting weird, why don't you just go talk to her already? It's been three months!"
"I wouldn't know what to say.." I sigh looking over my shoulder to see if she was still here. "Uh hi would be a good start." Niall says rolling his eyes. I push his head lightly and chuckle while walking to the back of the cafe where my mum is baking.
"Shut up ni you know I can't do that" "Do what?" My mum asks while putting some muffins into the oven. "Talk to that girl out there that's been comin here everyday for months." Niall says walking into the kitchen as well "shut up!" I whisper yell at him "Oh Harry why didn't you tell me you liked a girl?" My mum says while pinching my cheek. I swat her hand away "because she probably has a boyfriend, so why try to ask her out?" "No, he's to scared to go up and talk to her." he glares at me and sits on the counter.
I sigh and go back to the front by the register, I rest my head in my hands and stare out the window. It's quite rainy today, considering its the middle of summer. But I guess New York weather is unpredictable, but I've grown to love it, it reminds me of England. I haven't been back home since I was seven, we moved so my mum could open up this cafe and bake all her delicious pastry's and give people a place to interact with each other. It was her dream, so I wasn't as sad to move away from home to a completely different country.
I look over to where the girl with the flower crown always sits, but she isn't there anymore, I'm disappointed to say the least. But she'll come back again, and I'll be here when she does.
AN: So this is the first chapter! The story will get better as I update I promise! Please comment what you thought about this chapter and I will see you in the next one bye! ~ Jade
