Fatal mission

Two weeks passed since Wanda and Steve had slept together for theirs very first time. They had slept with each other a few more times, but they didn't do everyday. Steve and Sam were called out for a mission. Their mission was to capture someone with intelligence about crossbones who died weeks earlier. Wanda was worried for Steve but knew he could handle himself.

Steve woke up next to Wanda who was still sleeping peacefully. He smiled and kissed her cheeks. She didn't wake up or feel the kisses. He kissed her face a few times, causing Wanda to smile but still keep her eyes close. He kissed her neck and made Wanda giggle "you know that tickles Steven" she said opening her eyes to see him. "I know. You look beautiful" he said smiling. Wanda blushed "thank you my sweet captain" she said and kissed him softly. Steve smiled kissing her back. He moved done and kissed below her breasts and kissed her stomach. Wanda felt butterflies in her stomach. She still wasn't used to him doing that stuff to her. She looked down "where are you going Steve?" She asked smirking. Steve smirked back "no where" he said and kissed down her stomach. He kissed done till he reached her legs and teased her. He kissed her clot a few times. Wanda made a small gasp and smirked. She used her hexes to pulled him back up. "It's too early baby. How about tonight, we have a romantic dinner then do that stuff" she suggested. He nodded and kissed her lips. She smiled. The two got up from Steves' bed and got their clothes on. The went to eat breakfast. Sam who was already eating saw the two. Rhodey was with him. "Rogers don't forget me and you have that mission in half an hour." Sam said. Steve sighed "alright I'll be ready." Wanda looked at Steve "be careful please. I don't want to see any new scars tonight" she said teasing him by using her hexes to wrap around his member. He felt it "I wont" he said and kissed her. She smirked and let go. Wanda went to Natasha who was just waking up. They trained for the day. Steve and Sam went on their mission. On their mission, the two were greeted with men unknown firing at the two. They had chitauri weapons. "Where did they get the weapons?" Sam asked and flew above to see how many there were. "Most likely when hydra fell in sokovia" he said and threw his shield and flipped one over his body. Minutes later, the men brought out their heavy weapons. Steve didn't see it. He threw his shield and turned. Men shot him in the side with the same weapons from the battle of New York. Steve fell on the ground and could barely move. He tried getting up before he was shot again and fell on his back. He couldn't move because of the pain. Sam saw him and flew down to get him. Sam fell in the ground due to his wing behind shot off. The wing crashed into a support and the building started collapsing. Sam grabbed steves shield and covered the two as the building fell onto the two. Sam uncovered the two from the rubble and grabbed Steve and took him out of they way. Sam took him to the quinjet and to the hospital near the avengers base. Some after the team was called. Steve was unconscious and wasn't waking up. The team rushed to the hospital and Wanda ran to see Steve being operated on. He had taken a rebar to the side and to the leg. His side was damaged severely. Wanda saw him and started crying. Natasha comforted her "he'll be okay" she said to Wanda crying more. Sam limped in the room and saw him. "I'm sorry Wanda" he said. "It's not your fault."she said. Later Steve was laying on the Hospital bed and unconscious. Wanda held his hand. She looked at him "Steve. Please wake up. I need you in my life" she said. He wasn't waking up. Wanda moved her hand and tried waking him up. She stopped when she heard a knock on the door. It was Natasha. "We're heading back, if you want to come back you can. You can stay as well" she said. Wanda turned to Steve and sighed "I'll stay" she said. Natasha nodded and left. Wanda fell asleep on the chair later that night.
