10. Secrets and Lies

"Come on slow pokes before they close everything up!" I said yelling at Jacob, Mikayla, my mom, and dad. Skylar was holding my hand and we were both running together to the cruise.
Once we got in line with all our luggage Skylar texted her dad telling her she was about to go on the boat.
It took a lot of convincing to get Mr. Martin to let us take her to a cruise cause he didn't believe young people could be so in love even though we never actually said it.
After ten minutes waiting we were at the front where they were checking us in.
"Two rooms with two beds and your here April 29, 2016 to May 13, 2016 in two weeks." The lady behind the counter said in a monotone voice while checking her computer.
My mom was signing papers so that if anything bad happened to us it wasn't there fault.
After all the papers were signed a guy popped out of no where and took a luggage carrier and took all our luggage and led us to our room.

"Okay so Jacob and Dylan you get the first room, Skylar you get to share a bed with Mikayla, and I get the extra bed." My mom said while pointing at all of us.
Mikayla and Skylar grew close before the cruise so they didn't mind sharing a bed they were actually pretty excited.
Yes my dad wasn't staying with us he was staying home we needed someone to drive us didn't we.?
Me, Jacob, and my mom hugged my dad while he walked away back to drive home.
Me and Jacob went in our room and started to get comfortable. Our first day here we weren't doing anything so everyone could do whatever but me and Jacob ordered room service and watched tv.
It was late anyways so it didn't matter that we were watching tv for an hour. I checked the time next to my bed and saw
8:31
I knew it was late and we were probably in the middle of the sea so I tried to text Julie and Gene. It wasn't going through so I messaged them on Instagram.
Dylan_Dog: Hi guys u there?
G.Man.21: Omg dude play sum X-box rn!
Dylan_Dog: Awe man can't over seas remember wit my boo. She so cute rn AHHH
Jewels: still here dumb butts😷
I started laughing out loud when she responded. Jacob looked at me like I had two heads.
I kept texting them while Jacob was watching a football game.
Jewels: We're gonna miss u. Ugh Mr. Martin is being so rude and terrible without Skylar there.
Dylan_dog: Sorry I had to date the prettiest girl in our grade ☹️
