Ash's P.O.V:
My phone buzzed. I looked over at it, pushing my STAR WARS blanket off of my face.
It was an unknown number.
218-557-6984: (A/N: I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS REAL OR NOT SO DON'T CALL IT)
If you want her to live you better find her old Boy-Toy.
I was confused. Who was her? Who was her old Boy-Toy? And why was she going to DIE?
My phone vibrated again. It was Blu's friend, Melanie.
Melanie:
Dude. Call me now. Not safe to text.
I instantly pressed the little green 'call' button. She picked up on the third ring. Her voice was muffled, as if she were talking into a pillow.
"Boat ramp. 10 minutes. None of this is safe."
Now I was scared. I immediately leaped out of bed. "I hope this doesn't involve Blu." I whispered to myself as I hurriedly clambered down the shillings on my roof. But how could it? She's far away, safe and sound.
Or maybe not? Oh, shutup brain.

I arrived at the boat ramp, pulling my jacket closer due to the chilly night air. A cool breeze drifted off the river, and I smiled at how pretty it was.
I hit the ground hard, my face pushing into the soft soil. I groaned.
"Ash?" Melanie's voice came from somewhere above me. There was quite a few rocks digging into my rib cage, and I shifted and tried to get up.
"Answer me." She growled.
I easily pushed her off, brushing sand from my perfectly styled hair. I was a player, had to keep the hair in check.
"What the hell Melanie?!" I cursed angrily.
She shushed me-"Shut up for once in your pretty little Mr. Perfect life. It's about Blu."
I gasped quietly. Damnit.
"Were you followed?" She asked, the rushing water of the river all but drowning out her words.
I had been edgy all night, and I had paid attention. So I answered before she finished her sentence- "No, I made sure."
She nodded, motioning me closer to the water. It drowned out her words as she told me everything.
How my text had sent Blu over the edge, chasing her far away. Melanie whispered about how Blu was most likely kidnapped, and I needed to help get her back. And that , surprisingly, I could.
I was wary at first, unsure whether or not to believe her. But then I saw truth ringing clear in her hazel-green eyes. I nodded.
"Let's go get her." I whispered, unnecessarily.
She nodded, and moved out of her crouch. "Wait!" I quickly explained about the mysterious message, and then asked if it was about Blu.
She shook her head disbelievingly, and I showed her the message to prove it:
"They kidnapped her to find Greyson. Great." She said, confusing me entirely.
