Unexpected love

       I woke up to my my older sister rolling around on my bed. She was back from college to visit. I love her but MAN is she annoying when it comes to waking people up.

"Wake up TESSIEEEEE!"
She yelled.

"Ugghh go away Aubrey!"
I groaned.

"Oh no you have a date to prepare for and you NEED some serious work."
She picked up a piece of my hair and made a disgusted face.

"Aubrey I JUST woke up."
I rolled my eyes.

She shrugged and walked out of my room. I got out of bed and put my hair up in a messy bun. Then I brushed my teeth.

When I was done I walked downstairs.
As I reached the bottom of my stairs I saw my sister and mom yelling at each other. They haven't really got along since dad moved away.

"This is all you fault! I shouldn't have even come here!"
My sister yelled.

"Then leave if you don't want to be here! See if I care!"
My mom yelled.

"Hey hey hey. No ones leaving. You guys just need to calm down. Mom, Aubrey is only here for a short period of time. Try to get along."
My sister rolled her eyes as I spoke the words.

"Like that will ever happen."
She scoffed.

"And Aubrey, you just need to keep you comments to yourself sometimes. They can be hurtful even if you don't mean it."
I advised.

"Well I'll try if mom does. I can't do this alone you know."
She said.

"Ok I'll try my hardest to get along. Just because I don't want to ruin your guys's little get-together."
She said and turned around.

I nodded and sighed. When will they ever just get along? It's not that hard.
Mom made breakfast for all of us so we ate the food and put our dishes in the sink. When we were eating it was awkward and odd. I tried to start a conversation with them but they didn't budge.

"Come on Tess, we have a date to prepare for."
She said and motioned for me to come up the stairs.

I laughed and followed her to my bedroom.

Hey guys! Sorry that I haven't updated lately I've been busy with soccer and stuff. I know it was a short chapter but again I am really busy and I was really tired writing this chapter.
