Part 12- Chilling at my place

Cole flirted with me the whole day, which got a little old as it was constant.

Taylor and Gracie seemed to notice my anger and they helped me avoid him, which I was kind of grateful for.

In science me and Gracie got paired up. We have to do a research project on the thing we enjoyed most learning in previous years. It was kinda weird but I didn't care I was with one of my best friends.

"So Gracie, wanna come to my place to work on the project?" I ask her after the class was over. "My mom won't be home till late."

She nods. "Yeah sounds good."

I smile and grab my stuff before walking out of the classroom. I made my way to my locker to see a smiling Taylor waiting there for me.

"'Sup." I say as I open my locker.

"Nothing much. Wanna hang after school?" Taylor asked.

"Me and Gracie are going to my place to work on a science project. But you can come along if you want." I smile.

"Sure why not. Sounds like it'll be a party." Taylor laughs.

"Let's hurry. Cole has been pissing me off all day and I don't wanna be around him." I say, grabbing the textbooks I'll need.

I get everything I need before Gracie walked over to me and Taylor.

"Ready to go Emily?" Gracie asked.

I nod. "Yeah Taylor is gonna join us because we might need an extra person to help us with this."

Gracie smiles. "Alright let's go! I'll drive." She smiled.

Taylor and I follow her to her car and we climb in. Me in the front obviously as I had to give her directions while Taylor sat in the back.

It didn't take to long till we arrived at the apartment building and we all piled out.

Walking in we ran into Tobi and Ethan.

"Hey boys." I call out, making them turn around.

"Hey Emily. Are these some of your school friends?" Tobi asked.

I nod. "Yep this is Gracie and Taylor." I say, gesturing to them both when I addressed them.

"Hiya." Taylor said.

"Sup." Gracie said.

Ethan smiled. "I'm Ethan and this is Tobi." He said with a smile.

"So where are you ladies all going?" Tobi asked.

"Well, me and Gracie have a science project to do and Taylor is just coming to chill." I explain.

They smile. "Sounds fun." Ethan spoke up.

I stand there for a moment and then realize I should invite them.

"You guys wanna tag along?" I ask.

"Sure!" Tobi says.
