Her POINT OF VIEW

"Alright mister Hemmings, go to your position and we shall start the dance."

The professor says. Luke bows in front of me, in a fancy way. "Mademoiselle?"

I bow down too, to go along whatever he likes.

"Oui Monsieur." He offers me his hand and I accept it. We were slowly swaying our hips, following the beat.

"Never thought you were a dancer, Cabello."

"Whatever, Hemmings."

Luke is calling me by my last name and so do I. We were childhood friends back in Australia, and by God's grace, he also transfered here in USA. He also, was my childhood sweetheart but now, no more. How can I forget that?

I was snap out of thoughts when I feel Luke was stepping on my foot.

"Ow!"

"You weren't paying attention. So, I had to."

I pout. "Come on, Cabello. Don't pout."
He press my nose with his thumb. I just roll my eyes with his silliness.

The class ended and I was glad Luke was my partner. He is the only guy who doesn't call me names or bully me.

"Bye. See you in other classes, Cabello." He winks at me and leaves.

------------------

The classes has ended up early and it was time for me to eat lunch. I text Lauren to go meet me at our usual table.

From: Lo

Sorry Camz, I can't go to lunch with you today. I have some papers to work on.

I haven't bothered to reply. She seems busy.

I'll have to go by myself for now.

I walk up to the cafeteria and my usual lunch will always be: fresh milk, cinnamon roll and banana. I don't like heavy meals. And that's also the reason why I'm stick thin.

I was about to head to our table when I hit somebody. And I spill the milk all over her.

"Watch your way, freak!" The girl pushes me to the ground, causing me to tumble down.

I stand up and dust myself. "I'm sorry."

The girl pours her orange juice at me. "Sorry does nothing." She then gives me a smirk.

"That's for hitting me and pouring milk."

His POINT OF VIEW

I see a woman pouring juice all over Camila.

My friends and I were talking when I make my way to Camila to help her.

"Where are you off to, bro?" They all look at the same direction I am and they found out who I am looking at.

"Woah! Knight in shining armour saves the damsel in distress!" They all throw a fit of laughter.

I don't care. I walk up to Camila and the girl jerking off.

"Calum! I'm your fan!" She squeals. Never thought this brat here is a fan of mines. "Cool." Was all I have managed to say.

"Are you okay?" I ask her. She was looking at me with disbelief.

"What? Don't tell you're a fan too?"
She shakes her head, indicating a no.

"Calum! Would you rather talk to that freak? What a disgrace!" I turn my head to the girl who keeps blabbering.

I shoot her my glares. "Why would you care? Scoot!" I say.

Then she screams at her then walks away.

I turn to Camila who was scared and all.

"Let's get you clean." I give her my friendly smile.

"Why did you do that?"

"Do what?"

"That! You had a fight with your fan over me!" Tsk. If it weren't for Lauren, I wouldn't save this freak. I'll pretend to act around nice to her, so she'll trust me and you know what.

"That was nothing. You are Camila, right?" She nods.

"Yes I am." I offer her my hand, then she just stares at it. Oh, please.

"What? You don't want to make friends with me?"

"But you're a varsity, and I'm a freak."

She mumbles the last word but I was sure I heard it.

"I thought friends aren't being about social classifications?"

Her POINT OF VIEW

He is right. Lauren's a campus queen after all.

I accept his hand and have handshake with him.

"Nice to meet you, Camila. I'm Calum."

"Yes, yes I know who you are."

I don't know if he really wants me as his friend or whatnot.

He gives me his cheeky smile.

"Can we exchange digits then?"

I nod and fish out my phone out my bag. He handles me his phone and I do too.

"Maybe we can hang out sometimes. See ya later!"

He just left. And I was left there, my eyes were full of disbelief and surprise. Hang out? With me?

"What. Was. That?"

I turn to see Lauren. "I don't know either."

"I just done my paper works by the way. Maybe he's into you?"
