"Oh God Batman is gonna kill me." Artemis anxiously said pacing back and forth in the bioship.
"I doubt he'll kill you. Just be very mad." was KF's failed attempt of reassurance.
Artemis stopped pacing to scream, "THAT'S ALL?!?!? I SHOT A VICTIM AND BECAUSE OF THAT SLADE GOT AWAY!!" and then went back to pacing.
"At least we didn't leave the boy. That shows some responsibility." Superboy claimed.
"He's right. We might be able to get some answers from him. Once we make sure he's okay of course." Aqualad added.
"We're here. Someone grab the boy and be prepared for a lecture." MM said.
Everyone took a deep breath and walked inside. SB holding the boy. To no one's surprise Batman was waiting for them. Looking angry. Very angry.
"Heyyyy Bastyyy..." KF said cooly.
"Hand me the boy." Batman commanded... calmly..?
Superboy carefully handed the boy over to Batman. Batman quickly glanced him over then took a second glance at the patch on his jumpsuit with a small name printed on it.
Grayson.
"No... It can't be..."
Wow!! A chapter! Sorry for the slow updates. School is keeping me really busy right now, BUT I'll try to update as fast as I can. Just to let you guys know I write these before I post them. So some may be longer than others. For instance I wrote this at 2am the other day so it's really short. I'm currently working on chapters 4&5 and they will hopefully be posted soon!
