I could hear the screaming. I could practically feel Harry's adrenaline radiating off of him. There was a ten minute break before the show began again. We were up next.

"I'm fucking nervous." I told him, dropping my hand (which was at my mouth. Biting my nails– Horrible nervous habit and Harry hates it) to my side and turning to face Harry.

He grins at me even though I know he's just as nervous. I expect him to give me calming words as he usually did but instead he walked up to me and dropped to his knees. "We've got ten minutes. I may as well calm you down."

Being on stage was a feeling I'd missed and I knew that Harry could agree with me. The feeling of dancing around, acting like idiots and talking to all the fans was great. After almost a year without that, it felt really nice to be back onstage messing about.

You sort of forget to take time to appreciate things like this, which is why I always make sure I do remind myself that its a privilege to be up there. Sometimes I stop singing and I take off my earplug so that I can hear the fans singing along with us, even if it's just screaming the words out of pure excitement.

Our album, Untold Stories, has been released for about a month yet the fans are singing along to every song, mouthing every word perfectly. I just think it's absolutely amazing that they have the ability to memorize our lyrics that quickly.

I make sure to smile, to wave, to hold some of the fans's hands and even take five minutes out of our show to read signs. I know when Harry and I actually begin touring, we'll have the whole five hours to ourselves and we can do whatever we want.

Harry skips around the stage, does a few things with water and takes a few things that have been thrown on the stage to put on his head. He takes a few minutes to point out all the dads in the crowd— as he always does — and say hi to them.

After the performance finally ends, we blow kisses and say our goodbyes, going back to change and then go home.

"That was really fun." Harry says, a huge grin on his face. "That was so fun, Niall!"

He's holding my hand and skipping to the car, our hands swinging back and forth in between our bodies. We wave to the fans waiting behind the fence and head over there to sign some things and take pictures.

Once we're done and in the car, I turn to Harry. "Yeah, it was pretty fun. What was your favourite song to perform?"

"Hm, that's a tough one. It's probably T-Shirt, Tipsy or Closed Doors. What about you?" Harry says, still scrolling through his phone.

"Tipsy. That song is fun."

Harry's smile widens as if he's remembering the way he was dancing around on stage during that song, throwing water on the fans who wanted it and etcetera. He's kind of wild when he's on stage. (And in bed. But let's not talk about that right now.) "It is really fun. I'm really excited for everything, Niall. This whole thing is just making me so... So happy. I feel like I'm floating."

"Floating?"

"Yes! I feel light and happy and infinite and I'm so happy that I'm doing this all with my favourite person in the world rather than doing it alone." He continues, pinching my cheek.

I scrunch my nose and lean over, pressing a kiss to his nose and then his lips before pulling away again. "Three more months."

i kept procrastinating and neglecting this update but HERE IT IS.

i had a hard time writing it though, which is why it's shitty & short. but it's okaaay, at least i got it done.
