Curtain Call - Regret

This is it the final showdown, i think to myself as i walk down this corridor. For everyone Duke, Jake, Rose, Molly, Grey, Vince, Brook and you my dear sister i promise i'll stop him and save you all from this hell.

 Strange i expected much more resistance...or at least any resistance. I say out loud because there's nobody around! After about ten minutes of walking around i find the room that i was forced to fight in, i think this is where the plans said. I question as i walk into the dark room.

 Damn it's pitch black i can't see a thing, i say wondering aimlessly around. Brother please leave now... I hear June say as the lights suddenly turn on.

 Why did you come back? She asks with a look of pain and sorrow on her face. I had to they took Molly...and they took you to, all that time ago.

 It's too late for me...but you could of saved yourself, why didn't you?! Her voice becomes louder and more sad as she continues to question me.

 I did save myself before and because of it i lost you, i won't have that happen again! I said it's too late i'm already gone... And because of your stupid heroism so are you as soon as Vaylon finds you! I see a tear run down her eye as she yells that.

 No, the only one going down is him! For all he's done he must pay, for the men, women, children, our mom, dad and you. But you can't stop him he's too strong! I don't care i have to try, and i hope you won't stand in my way.

 I'm sorry but i have to, i can't let you do this... She says looking down trying to fight the tears. Come on! Can't you see this is freaking stupid! I yell grabbing her sholders. I know you don't want me to die but i'm rather die trying to save this world then die a coward who ran!

 I don't care! She screams as she pushes me away. I lost mom and dad, every friend i ever had i..i can't lose you too! I..I'm sorry I didn't think of it that way, I say relising the pain she's been in.

 I wish there was another way but there isn't, if I don't stop him this will never end. I know that but what if you do beat him but you die in the process? Then I'm left alone once again... 

I want to promise you I'll be fine but I can't. Exactly...and even if you would promise you wouldn't keep it...just like dad. He said he'd be back...he said so. She falls to her knees after saying that.

 Even I felt my heart sink for a minute on that. He wanted to, he wanted nothing more then to come home and see your smiling face. I say as I kneel down and put my hand on her shoulder. 

 I know b..but he didn't, nor did mom and if you fight him neither will you. She barely says that as tears begin to flood from her face.

 Please stop crying...I never could handle you being sad, i say as I gently lift her chin up. I promise you this, I will never leave you, be it life or death I promise.

 Even though you don't know if you'll be able to keep it, I'll try and believe you. She says wiping the tears from her eyes. 

 Now will you please stop fighting me and give your big bro a hug? I say holding my arms out. Heh yeah of course, she says with a little smile as she comes in for the hug.

 Of course, human emotions once again takes over. I faintly hear a voice say from the unknown. And because of that yet another life must wastefully be ended. Before I could even react i hear a bloodcurdling scream come from right in front of me.

 June! I screech, as I see a drill like weapon that's been peirced through her. No...no...no!! I look on in horror as the drill is retracted. June please no...please god no.

 B..brother I hear her mumble while coughing up blood. I'm here, I say as I gently turn her around and lean her against me. I..I can't feel my body, and my vision's getting blurry. No you're gonna be okay! You have to be okay! All I can taste is b..blood, what is going on brother?

 Nothing my sweet little sister, I lie as reality starts to set in. Am I going to die? ... I remain silent as I fight back tears. 

 I guess I'm the one who couldn't keep the promise, she says as she begins to shake. I can't even bring myself to say a word as I feel a tear run down my face. I'll make sure to tell mom and dad what you've done. I still remain silent as I grab her hand and clench it tight.

 It's time big brother, I have to go now...I see mom and dad waiting for me. No, it's all I can muster to say.

 I..I love you bro. I love you too sis, as we finally come together again we're torn apart. Without another word her last breath is taken...

 No please don't leave me...not after all this please...please June! I can't handle it anymore as I scream her name and my tears flow like rapids.

 What a waste of a perfectly good person, I hear that bastard say. You...you son of a bitch! She did nothing to you! I yell as I finally see him, a strange looking man with only one eye and that drill like weapon being his right hand. 

 She couldn't follow such simple directions, all because of her freewill. See human conflict has always begun because of freewill, because one person decided to act against the order. That's why machines are perfect, they do as they are told and refuse to think for them selves. 

 The entire time he rambles on my anger builds, to the point I can't take anymore. Will! I here Rose shout as I look over to see everyone run in.

 Oh my God June! Brook crys out. What the hell happened?! Vince yells. He killed her...Vaylon killed my sister! My rage reaches it's limit and the Core begins to glow. 

 My mother, father and now my sister, I won't let you take anyone else I love away from me! I let out all of my anger as I feel a great power overcome me. What the? I hear Jake wonder as the Core explodes with power. 

 You're reign of terror ends right now! I feel my Cybrose fuse with me yet I also feel the Core's energy fuse with me. For every person wrongfully killed, I will avenge them! And that's when it happened my suit's release form activated but this time infused with the Core's power and orange glow. 

The collar breaks from shear power overload, as I feel myself become ten times stronger. Sis this one's for you!
