The Life Of Kyra Quinn

Chapter Six

I feel so woozy where the hell am i? I open my eyes and Ash is laying in a bed with me and it's small where am i? I look around i see machines and then i look down and i see tubes in my arms. Ashley notices that i am awake and he starts to talk to me. Well i thought he was talking to me but i see Kellin and Juliet sitting in chairs by my bed. I get why Kellin is here but why is Juliet here. I'm here in a small hospital gown with my brother, Ashley Purdy, and Juliet Simms in a hospital room that i don't even know know why I'm in. Ash was telling them that he thinks I'm waking up and Juliet left the room and came back with a nurse.

"Why am i here?" I asked.

"You collapsed Kyra. You hit your head when you fell you had to have stitches because your glass broke and a piece of glass when in your head." The nurse answered. 

"Why did i collapse?" I asked.

"You didn't have enough to eat today and you drank alcohol and it made you pass out that is why you have that tube in your nose. Kyra you need to eat more during the day you are not getting enough of what you need and if you don't take care of this you could end up not being able to function." The nurse told me.

"I eat a shit ton at night me and Ash pig out when all the shows are over for the night." I said. 

"You need to eat during the day because eating only once a day isn't healthy especially for a diabetic honey you need to take care of yourself. You can leave in the morning but you are going to have to keep the feeding tube in for two weeks and you need to eat during the day or this will happen again and next time it could be way worse. Please don't let it happen again." The nurse said. 

"I won't i will eat. Can i still work?" I asked.

"Yes darling but be cautious. There will be another nurse who will come in and check on you every few hours and then in the morning i will discharge you." She said.

"Alright i will see you in the morning." I said.

She left the room and i kind of just sat there. Kellin was staring at me like i was a hurt puppy. I don't understand why he is looking at me like that.

"Kellin Why are you staring at me like that?" I asked. 

Kellin handed me a mirror and i looked at my stitched up forehead i didn't realize that it was my face that had to get stitched up i don't even feel it but I'm sure i will later. 

"Does it hurt?" Kellin asked. 

"I can't really feel it but I'm sure i will be able to later." I answered.    "Um not to sound rude or anything but Juliet why are you here?" I asked.

"I was right there when you fell and i am the one who picked you up and put you in my car and drove you here sweetheart." Juliet answered.

"Thank you Juliet." I said with glee.

"You're welcome." She said.

We all kind of stopped talking. I put the television on and put Sherlock on. Kellin sighed. I think it is kinda funny but hey Benedict Cumberbatch Is great and i am in love with this show. Juliet and Ash seem to be enjoying it. I just love how Benedict acts in this show it is just so great. I drift off into sleep while watching Sherlock and now alone because Ash left before i went to sleep. He told me he would come back in the morning.

I wake up and Juliet is laying in bed with me they changed my bed while i was sleeping it's a bigger bed. She is watching SpongeBob that is so cute. 

"Good morning Juliet." I said sleepily.

"Morning. Are you hungry?" She asked.

"Yeah food sounds really good right now. What time is it?" I Answered.

"It Is 12:43 you must have been really tired. What would you like to eat?" She asked.

"Can i have french fries from Mcdonalds please and maybe some chicken nuggets?" I pleaded.

"Yeah I can go get it." She said.

"NO." I almost yelled. "Can you stay here with me i don't want to be alone here." I said.

"I can call Andy and see if he can go to Mcdonalds and get you some food and then bring it here would you like that?" She asked.

"Yes that would be cool. Thank you for staying with me Juliet." I thanked her. 

"You're welcome. You should be alone and i don't know when Ashley Is going to be back here." She said.

Damn Juliet is so great and she is so beautiful. 

She stepped out into the hallway and called Andy and he agreed to go get me food. I can not wait to eat i am so hungry. I feel weird having this tube in my nose.. I wish i didn't have to be around anyone i don't really want anyone to see me like this but i need the distraction.
