Elsa's POV
Holy fudgecakes, this bed doesn't want me to leave. I woke up to the smell of breakfast lingering in the room. Mmm, someone's cooking. I didn't have to guess who it was so I got up and I see Jack cooking in the kitchen. Ooh sexy, can this guy not do anything?
I decided to play a prank on him so I try to walk like a ninja and sneak up on him. As I got closer, he still did not realize I'm here so just like that.. *CHUUU*.. Boom! A hickey on the neck.
Jack gets startled and it turned into anger when he saw what I did to his neck. It looked ugly as hell. "What the hell Elsa!? Why'd you do tha-" *RING RING RING* his phone rang. I guess I'm saved so I just took a plate and ate breakfast.
Jack's POV
I was just about to strangle that wicked woman when my phone rang. It was Hiccup.
"Hey Hiccup, what's up?" I greeted.
"Nothing much bro, just wanted to check on you and see if you were still holding up."
"Well I'm doing fine. My hangover's already gone."
Suddenly.. "Fricking yum! Hey Jack! Your future wife is friggin lucky. This is like the best omelet I've ever eaten." Elsa yelled like a fricking banshee.
"Who the hell was that Jack? Was that a girl?" Hiccup became suspicious. Quick, think of an excuse. "Uh no, that was my cat. Bye Hic!" then I hung up.
I put my phone down and went to Elsa who was devouring her breakfast like it was her last. This girl.
"Goddammit Elsa, why'd you have to scream like that? Now Hiccup is getting suspicious." I nagged.
"What was what?" Elsa shrugged.
"You see what just happened back there? That a prime example of why you living with me is problema-"
*DING DONG*
Great, who is it this time? I answered the door and it was Rapunzel.
"Hey Jack. Good morning." Rapunzel greeted. "Uh, morning Rapunzel. To what do I owe this visit?" To be honest, I'm quite surprised. It's not everyday your ex just shows up out of the blue in your doorstep.
"Would you have any idea where Elsa could have gone? I mean, she didn't come home last night so I was kinda worried. First she went out last Saturday evening and came home the next morning." Rapunzel explained.
As much as I wanted to tell her the truth, I can't. Wait, should I tell her? I mean she is Elsa's cousin and I'm just a stranger to Elsa. Why would she even choose to live with me?
Then Rapunzel started barging in and grabbed something in the couch. It was a bra. You don't have to guess whose. "Why is there a bra in your couch? Ooh, and why do you have an ugly ass hickey on your neck?" Rapunzel lifted a brow. "Wait! Could it be? You're finally dating again? I'm so happy for you Jack. Oh my gosh." She then pulled me into a hug.
That's not something an ex girlfriend should say but whatever. She's certainly positive about this.
"Well not exactly. I'm kindaaaa-" I trailed off until Elsa came out from the bathroom looking like crap.
"Oh hey Punzie!" Elsa greeted her like it was nothing. Doesn't she realize what's happening right now? Rapunzel's eyes widened as she ran to her and pulled her into a backbreaking hug. "Elsa! What are you doing in Jack's apartment?"
"Look, Rapunzel it's not what it seems. Let me explain." I said but Elsa gestured me to stop.
"It's okay Jack, I'll do it." Elsa smiled and turned to Rapunzel. They settled themselves on the couch and Elsa started talking. She explained everything to Rapunzel without leaving a single detail.
Rapunzel just laughed at what she just heard. "But Elsa, why would you choose to live with a man you just met? And what's more, your cousin's ex boyfriend?" Rapunzel asked.
Elsa just chuckled and said "It's quite ironic because I said that to Anna once before."
"Don't tell me Anna is here too?" Rapunzel playfully retorted.
"No silly, the man you just met part." Elsa laughed.
After their little talk, Rapunzel just came into terms with our situation and bid farewell.
"You are such a big idiot." I crossed my arms after closing the door. "Why keep a secret when it's already known the next day, huh?" Elsa just rolled her eyes and shrugged.
"Okay fine. I can't seem to win in an argument with you, can I?" I raised my shoulder.
Elsa lifted a brow. "You can't. I'm just that good."
"This is like marriage without the legal binding. It's so unfair." I whined.
After that ordeal, we finished our morning rituals and headed to work.
