I've talked about suicide and depression before, but today i have a story.

When i was in elementary school, i went to the same summer camp every year. I met friends, i lived life, went to the pool... it was fun.

In fourth grade, i went to this summer camp and i met a girl named Katlyn. She told me to call her k-bug at the time.

We were best friends all summer, we always talked to each other about everything. I remember her telling me about her life at home and how she got so many bruises..

In fifth grade we lost contact, and i only saw her instagram and facebook from time to time.

It's been 3 years, and we only ever see eachother so often.

Last week, April 28, 2016, my good friend John texted me asking if i knew her.

After i told him we used to be really close, he sent me a link to a local news story about a girl who ran away threatening to commit suicide. I hate to say it was her, but it was.

Although they found her alive and took her home, she later commited suicide in her house..

It really hurt to know that she was going through all of these hard times. She's actually gone, and everyone misses her. More than 70 people went to her seeing, and so many people from so many schools have been posting about how much they miss her.

I do miss her, and i hate knowing that she felt as if life was so bad that she had to leave.

Suicide isn't right. You are loved, and one day life will get better.

I miss you K-bug.

Everyone have a nice day.
