"Happy Birthday!" You shout with a grin on your face waking up your sleeping boyfriend.

He sits up in bed rubbing his eyes and letting out a cute little yawn before smiling and making grabby hands at you.

You walk over putting his little birthday cupcake down and giving him a sweet kiss on the lips.

He looks over at the cake decorated with creamy green icing and sprinkles.

"Is that for me?" He says excitement laced through his voice.

"Yes kitten, all for you, eat up while I go get something" you say.

"Yay okay" He says grabbing the cake and taking a bite happily as you exit the room.

You re-enter the room to see he had finished the cake.

"W-what's behind your back?" He questions.

You run to his side pulling new kitten ears from behind your back.

"Your first birthday surprise baby boy" you say placing the headband on his head.

"Aw baby you look adorable" you continue.

He blushes "Th-thanks b-babe"

"Your second birthday surprise should arrive very soon" you say smirking making him furrow his eyebrows.

"Wh-what is it?" He asks.

You shake your head smiling "Well if I told you it wouldn't be a surprise baby"

He looks confused but nods his head.

"Okay, go get your cute loose top that I bought for you yesterday and brush your teeth oh, and keep the kitten ears on, I'm just going to go get ready, be quick." You say leaving the room as he jumps out of bed.

(Time skip to after they got ready and shįt)

You open your shared bedroom door to be met with your stunning boyfriend.

"You look very beautiful" he says to you.

"As do you babe, you look so cute in that t-shirt" you reply.

He blushes and you walk over to him adjusting his kitten ears and booping his nose before leaning in to kiss him.

You both get into bed and begin to kiss again, just as you lick along his bottom lip there's a knock at the door.

"Oh that'll be your surprise" you say getting out of bed.

He pouts at you "Don't pout sweetie I'll be right back" you say with a wink going to answer the door.

You open the door to be met with Ashton.

"You're late" you state looking him up and down.

"Why hello to you too, missed me baby girl?" He says smirking when you blush.

You laugh shaking your head "Okay let's go tell my boyfriend all about his birthday surprise" you say grabbing Ashton's hand and leading him to the bedroom.

You open the door and pull Ashton in "Surprise" you shout.

"Happy Birthday kitten" Ash says lowly eyeing up Michael "You look very pretty" he says to him "as do you" he then says turning to you.
