Asley's POV:
it was callum, my old boyfriend, I used to be in a long distance relationship with him but it got too hard and he cheated on me so I broke it off and ever since I haven't heard anything from him.
"Oh. hi." says callum coming in for hug but Jai pulls me closer to him but I give him the I-got-this-don't-worry look then he gave me the sure-whatever look.
"How'd you get in here?" I say to him not even saying hello
"Be nice honey, remember callum?" says mum acting like nothing happened between us.
"Yes, I do" i say trying to be nice but didn't sound nice
"I can't believe you're here" says Callum
"How'd you find me anyway?" I ask sitting down on the couch dragging Jai with me
"Well you know how I roll" says callum sitting next to me
"Seriously" I say
"Well we go to the same school" says callum smirking
"What?!" I say, my eyes wide
"Yeah" says Callum
"Well I better go" says Jai awkwardly
"Alright" I say standing up and opening the door for Jai
"See you tomorrow babe" says Jai kissing my cheek
"Alright" I say waving. I decided going up to my room completely walking past callum but callum grabs my arm
"Look I came here because I still have feelings for you" says Callum
"Sorry but I love Jai" I say looking down at my feet
"But...the thing is i thought you loved me" says callum
"You had the chance, but now I've moved on and you need to-" I say but callum cuts me off with a kiss but I kiss back. I felt someone watching me. I turned around it was Jai, he turned the other way then looked at me and then went, what have I done
"Jai, it's not what it looks like" I say running after him, tears running down my cheeks
"What is it huh?" says Jai
"I, I..." I cry but I can't get the words out,
"Go back to him, great couple, you make a great couple" yells jai walking out.
I'm such a dumbass, what have I done? I just cry on the side of the road for ages. How could I do this? I've just lost my everything, my world.
Jai's POV:
It got really awkward so I decided to leave, as i was leaving i saw Callum grab Ashley's arm so I decided to stay and see what he was gonna do.
Callum said something but then Ashley looked unsure then the next thing I know is Callum kissed Ashley but what really hurt me is Ashley kissed him back. Ashley turned around and saw me so I decided to leave
"Jai, it's not what it looks like" Ashley says running after me with tears running down her cheeks
"What is it huh" I say raising my voice
"I...I" says Ashley crying even more
"go back to him, you make a great couple" I say yelling then I walk out.
"what's wrong jai?" asks my mum
"nothing" I say sighing
"why is Ashley crying on the side of the road?" asks my mum
"nothing" I yell
"something happened" says my mum
"it'll be fine" I say stomping up into my room.
it's been 2 hours now and Ashley was still there, i dont know what to do. should I go and comfort her?
