Chapter 5: Our time shared together

KAYANO POV:

"Stay with me" said Arata

I thought in my mind, what did he just say?

"S-stay with y-you? What?" I said

"I said stay with me and you can live" Arata said

My eyes widened

"No! And .. Stop bringing what happened yesterday! I don't like you! Because..." I said

"Because what? You like him? Pfffft you have bad taste in men hahaha" Arata said

Grrrrrr

I slapped him triple time just like I did this morning but ... more painful

"Wow! Even a little short woman like you knows how to slap hard and it's .. real painful.. haha" Arata said

"SHUT UP! Why do you even hang out with me in the first place .. Why did you start talking to me anyways.. T-That's right I need to find Nagisa and talk to him! Let me go already I don't need you!" I said

"... You don't remember? Hmm must because I did that .... thing years ago..." said Arata

"Hm? What did you say!" I said

"O-oh nothing hehehe, fine I'll let you go... But for one condition.. Go out with me" said Arata

My mind went all blank, All my thoughts and feelings became blank for Nagisa. But that didn't stop me from liking Nagisa!

"NO! Never in million years! I don't like you and never will I ever do!" I said

I kicked him in the (area) and punched him in the stomach area and ran as fast a I could and I hear him while I running

"Kayano! You sure are something alright .. even though I was teaching you something .. You little flat chested girl!" Said Arata while holding his stomach flat and sitting down

Grrrr I sure want to go back to him and punch him some more, but then again I know I'll say sorry to him eventually after this mess is resolved, but right now I need to find Nagisa!

I looked in the alleyways and it was dark and gloomy and mellow and from afar I see a blue haired guy and that's when I knew it .. The smell .. That's has to be Nagisa, I tapped his shoulder and he turned around and .. I couldn't believe it..

"K-Kayano?" Nagisa said
I quickly hugged him and he hugged me back

"N-Nagisa! Why did you run off like that! I-I was worried about you!" I said

But then again why was I worried? Nagisa is a top assassin in our class! I can't even surpass him...

"I-Im sorry it's just... that guy gets on my nerves sometime .. Ever since yesterday.. I couldn't stand seeing him kissing you and you were trying to let loose and that's when I barged in and tried to save you.. But it turns out .. He saved you.. He's a ..." Nagisa said

"N-Nagisa... You did save me... I know I shouldn't bring this up .. but it might help you... Remember when I went all beserk into killing Korosensi and I knew from that time I was going to die.. but then again I didn't care if I died, as long as I get my reveng-- from that moment you calmed my bloodlust by kissing me, I would've died if you didn't kiss me and maybe ... I would've still had hatred among class E or Korosensi, but still I remembered all the good times we had and that's when you told me "I can't let you say it Kayano, I can't let you say revenge was only in your mind," Im very thankful your still ... my f-friend............" I said

I remembered when I said in the hospital, that we were still friends .. I wish I didn't say that ... I feel regretness and .. I wish I didn't say "friends forever"

"Y-Your right .. I saved you by a kiss hahaha, I'm thankful your still alive, If you died... Who would know what would happen to me.. Because Kayano .. We are best friends right? Nagisa said

A thought came rushing in my mind, "Best friend" *sniff* If only he said "girlfriend" I wish I can stop acting as his "friend" it really irritates me when that other girl named Maru always hanging out with Nagisa afterschool ugh

For the first time, this is actually the first time Nagisa and I spend our last minutes here in this dark alleyway with no interruptions.

"Y-yes we are best friends ... forever" I said

Forever huh?

A small tear came from my eye and I tried to hide it while we were walking to class, then that sudden moment a hand was pressed the back of my neck and I looked up its .. was Arata

"A-Arata?" I said

"Do you mind if we talk, I have something in PRIVATE to talk about, IF THATS OKAY WITH YOU NAGISA!" Arata said

Nagisa looked at me and nods with a worried look but I can tell he wanted to come to see if I was safe

I followed Arata outside and from there we were in the back closet and he locks the door

"Kayano.. May I ask—
