Chapter 14: Disaster

NAGISA POV:

I see from the distance a apartment.

"It. looks like it's his house is here! ... that's what it says in my phone hehe!" Kayano said with a smile

"Mhm.. Kayano before we go to the stairs ... May I ask... " I said

"Hm?" Kayano said with a smile

I wanted to ask if she can come by my house to meet mother... Would it be awkward? No... No.. It's just meeting someone yea!

"D-Do you want to come to my h-house tomorrow? ...... for .. Studying?" I said with a nervous look

Kayano looks down and turns to me with a blush

"S-S-S-S-uuuure!" Kayano said while covering her blush

We finally arrive at his door steps.

"Hmm... The lights are on..." Kayano said while peeking the window

".... I'll knock" I said

I knock the door twice and no answer ..

"Hmm..." I said

I knock again ... then knock it again ... but louder..

Then I see a shadow passed the window and I hear a unlock of the door.

The door was half open and Arata was there.

"... What do you guys want" Arata said

"Where were you! You... don't even look sick you dumbwit!" Kayano said

"... Arata... are you okay?" I said

Arata stared down and looked up and gave a sigh

"Come in" Arata said while walking toward his room

I walk toward his room and see all posters of assassins and ... a picture of a women ...

"Who is this in this picture? I said

Arata turned and looked and grabbed the photo.

"Don't touch it... This person ... is my sister.." Arata said while looking down

"...... I see" I said

Kayano and I sit next to eachother and Arata sitting front of us..

"Arata... Where have you been?" I said

"Why should you care?" Arata said

"Because we're worry about you!" I said

"Wait hold on... What happened to your left eye!" I said

".... Nothing ..." Arata said

"Arata! Let me see!" Kayano said while heading toward to Arata

I joined too, to check on his eye

"Fine! Fine! I'll show if you guys peep down and shut up!" Arata said

Arata remove his eye patch from his left eye and reveals.

"What happened to you!" Kayano said with shock

I couldn't hold back this guilt... Why did I feel guilt..? Did I forget to do something yesterday while I was heading home? Did ... Arata get in a fight with someone?

"A-Arata..... D-Did something happened?.... Be honest..." I said with griped force
