Chapter 1- Daily Routine

Hayley's POV

Round caps, cute loose shirts, skinny jeans, and Jordan shoes are some of the things I prefer than the others. By others I mean girls who dressed like a total whore by wearing those tight short shorts and dresses that are too short. Guess this is just one way they could get the guy they like, what a horrible idea. I got my Nike backpack that was placed near the dining table and grabbed the keys that was on top of the fridge for my condo. I checked the elevator but it was still far so I decided to take the stairs. I ran down happily like a cute little girl who got a lollipop. Mr Lee the guard on the condo noticed that I was glooming and greeted me good morning , I responded him back with a smile and walked down the stairs while holding the railings.

What a perfect Monday morning seeing birds chirping, flowers blooming and kids playing on the park. I checked my wrist watch to check the time but sadly, I was late again for work. I didn't bother to run since I'm already late and Im sure my co-worker Ryan is now waiting for me at the door frame. Walking to the room where the studio is located there I saw Ryan leaning against the door frame, I guessed it right and gave him a smile.

"Late as usual. He smirked"

"My alarm clock didn't wake me up. My voice muffed"

"I hear that all the time, you're really a bad liar Hayley. Just get in and get your headphones near the green case. "

I got my pink cute headphones that was in the green case and sat on the comfiest chair ever. I connected my headphones to the computer and began to work. Rise and shine sleepy heads, this is DJ Hayley and you're listening to 102.5 Corner Radio and I'll be playing some songs from one of the most popular artists Bruno Mars. Before I play the first song I would like to say hi to those who are listening to us inside their cars, for those who are at home, and for those who wants to dedicate someone or for someone who wants to request a song we are grateful to accommodate you. After I played the song I stood up, and moaned while streching my arms sideways. I thanked Ryan when I saw a box of doughnut and a Chocolate Chip Latte from Starbucks. I ate one doughnut as fast I could since the song was about to end. I told Ryan about how nervous I was especially when callers will try to ask me about love, I just hope they'll not ask me to help me on hard situations, I crossed my fingers and closed my eyes. The song was almost ending so I inserted.

So especially for the boys out there, don't take girl's for granted. Dont play with their hearts cause girls are really fragile especially when you make them feel special for a long time. So boys, you should buy them flowers and give you all your hours to her before she feels like your drifting away. So here we have our first caller

"Uhm Hello? This is DJ Hayley, may I ask you your name please?"

"Uhm Trixie"

"So Trixie, what was the thing you regretted the most?"

"I regretted that I gave him a space in my heart."

"Why? Would you mind sharing us a summary of your story why?"

"At first, he was trying to hit on me but I wasn't an easy girl so he waited for months then the day came where I agreed to be his girlfriend. Few weeks later a friend of mine told me something about him then I knew one of his reasons why he courted me and its because of a damn bet"

I was happy when Ryan handed me a small piece of paper and there he prepared answers for the possible questions that the callers might ask me. Ryan is the best co-worker ever! I was reading it confidently to the caller so it would look like that the answer was really from me.

"Don't worry Trixie, there are lots of guys much more better than him who will love you more than you love him, and dont regret that he gave you a heartache because you'll always learn a lesson from your past relationships."

I took my headphones off and saw Ryan standing behind the door frame asking me to pay him back with the help I needed a while ago.

"Ice cream?"

"Nope. I want something that can make my stomach full"

"Lunch?"

"And a snack! He gave me a two thumbs up"

" whatever Ry! I rolled my eyes"

I noticed someone outside the door with my peripheral view and turned to the direction where the door was located and felt excited when I saw Tina. I opened the door for her and asked her why she came. Ryan gave us time to talk alone because he gets annoyed every time me and Tina squeaks about anything. Yeah we're crazy like that and that's how we roll.

So Tina told me everything that happened to her yesterday like how Matt kissed her, held her hand while walking, had a sweet surprise for her on the park and more. She knew why I became silent and that's because she knows I don't give a damn about love. Not that Im not ready but I don't find it that interesting compared to music. I asked her why she came for the second time since she just kept telling me about how she felt yesterday.

"Hmm oh yeah! It's my brother's birthday this coming Sunday and I would like you and Ryan to come"

She handed me a white envelop, I got it and checked the invitation that says that we're invited to Brandon's Party at The Walker Stone village.

" oh yeah! I gotta go! Love you Hayley! See you this Sunday!"

She hugged me tight and gave me a warm smile and headed to the door and left. They kind of had a conversation with Ryan too and I bet she was telling him about the event this coming Sunday.
