Running away

Sam's point of view

I wake up on the couch and roll off and completely crush who I landed on. I look to see who it was and of course it had to be Niall.

"Sorry Niall that's what I usually do to get out of bed.. Hey where is everyone? And when did you get there?" I ask

"It's ok. They usually leave early on Sundays to go somewhere.. I can't remember where but I never go. And they must know you fall off the bed form Harry who heard it from Izzy. He must have called her and then set this up as a prank." He says I nod

"I see defiantly sounds like something they would do. So what time is it.. Wait this is the longest conversation we've had in like four months I think." I say

"Yeah so Sam could you get off me?" He says I get off him and help him up then tackle him to the couch. I'm sitting on top of him my legs on either side of him. I grip his shirt and lift his face up and glare at him.

"Tell me Niall. Why. Are. You. Avoiding. Me?" I ask a little harsh

"I'm. Not. Avoiding. You." He spat at me

"Yes. You. Are. Then why don't you ever talk to me?! Don't you dare even say you where busy because I know you weren't." I say and he bites his lip

"Fine.. I was.. Only because.. I don't like seeing you and Ashton together.. It bothers me because I like you a lot.. A-And seeing you two together in pictures and magazines and in person. Just really bothered me.. So I thought if I avoided you my feelings for you would go away.. But they only got stronger and I couldn't take it-" I cut him off by kissing him and he kisses me back. The next couple of minutes where full of heated kissing. Then there was a knock on the door I stopped kissing Niall and headed towards the window. I jumped out of it and motioned Niall towards the door as I closed the window.

"Hey Niall have you seen Sam?" I hear Ashton asked Niall was silent for a while.

"No.. Why?" He ask

"Well yesterday we went to the beach an I told her I love her and gave her a bracelet.. Then she said she didn't love me back and ran off. I've been looking for her everywhere its like she disappeared." Ashton says

"Well sorry mate I haven't seen her." Niall says and I hear the door close I knock on the window and he opens it. Then he's on his phone typing away.

"What are you doing?" I ask

"Telling the lads if Ashton asks if he's seen you to say no." He said and I hug him

"Thank you Niall." I say he then takes my right hand and looks at the bracelet.

"So you just ran off saying you didn't love him?" He ask

"No.. I said I couldn't say it then said because I didn't love him then grabbed my stuff and ran." I say and he rolls his eyes

"So why don't you love him? You two seem really happy together so why not?" He asks

"Well me and Luke are really happy together but I don't love him.. Well at least not that way.. At of all the time we've been dating I've never felt sparks or fireworks.. When I kiss him like you do in the movies.. In fact the only time I ever do is when I kiss you." I say and he has dumbfounded expression on his face. I then only thing I can think of the is to run I jump out the window. I run as fast as I can to that same place with the cliff. I was about to just jump in not caring when I was stopped. I feel arms around my waist and then my feet aren't touching the ground. Then I'm set down and turned around to see a confused Niall. I'm trying to break out of his grip but then he kisses me. I kiss him back and then he stops an looks at me.
