Your existence was just another shade of gray,
It looked sad and dull and boring,
But I think that's just for everyone.

Your existence was really just another shade of gray,
But the way you speak, and flash those  grins that look like oblivion and ethereal at the same time,
Made that specific shade of gray so vibrant, so lively, so so full of life.

Your existence was just another shade of gray, the color of the lifeless
But your eyes and your shade were contradictions,
The color of the lifeless' eyes were dancing with life as you gaze around.

Your existence was just another shade of gray, the hue of the in-betweens,
Oh darling, I can't utterly understand why, but you make in-betweens feel like they belong to some side,
And it is either the lively or the vivacious,
Both are synonyms, I know

But the shade of gray you hold,
Is just so so different,
That I can tell the amount of life, the vibrance,
and I can tell that it's the color of everything that looks like oblivion and ethereal at the same time.
