8>Losing Half My Heart

I was as usual having barbeque with the others. Soo young and Sunny were trying their best to get me out of my room. I finally did when they remind me, you wouldn't be happy If I do this to myself.
As I was drinking a shot of Soju, I kept seeing her. The girl on the other table. She had a nice blonde hair, beautiful brown orbs like yours, I could also hear an American accent while she was talking. Our line of sight seems to be too pre-determined...as if fate wanted me to see her.
Tiffany: Is she really that pretty?
Me: Don't smile like that....I still love you
That beautiful smile I can't forget. Infectious. I want to smile for you but I can't. I can't love you anymore....
Everytime I glimpse at that girl, my lips twitches into a smile. A smile that I shouldn't have. Because it's not for you. I grew guilty but I kept looking through the gaps to see her smile with her friends. I swear when I'm not looking she's also stealing glances at me.
Tiffany: I see...then you should smile. You should go to her. To be happy....I need you to be happy!
Me: No!! I wouldn't..... I still love you. I don't think I'll ever forget you...
Touching her cheeks, I saw tears streaming down her face. But her smile was still there.
Tiffany: But we can't be together....
She leaned forward and planted her lips on mine.
Outside the car, I could see that blonde girl walking to a car with her friends.
Tiffany: Go..your future awaits~
I left the car, the love of my life alone in there as I go to meet someone new. As I approached the blonde girl, I wiped my sweaty palm on the thighs of my jeans.
I reached out my hands and introduced myself.
Me: My name's Taeyeon
Her: Jessica and I was waiting for this the whole night~
As I look at my car, I saw my first love, my first best friend, my first roommate and my first girlfriend fade slowly. I could see her eyesmile and her mouthing the words 'I love you'. She was now truly gone.
And this time, not even my heart would remind me of our memories together. The day life took you away from me. When I saw you in the news, I refused to believe it.
I remember it though. Everything that happened.
You were beside me in the car when it happened. But as the van came nearer you shielded my body with yours. The collision. The smile as the light in your eyes disappeared forever. With half of my heart left, I will try to be happy again.
Jessica: You okay?
Me: Yeah...Let's go somewhere. You...erm like ice cream?
Jessica: I love it!
