*Brendon*

The last thirty minutes rolled around soon enough as we stopped outside of the music classroom.

"Well, today has been, interesting to say the least." Ryan chuckled, patting my shoulder solemnly. I smiled back at him.

"You're telling me." I groaned playfully, taking my phone out of my pocket. "Hey, class started about twenty minutes ago, if you wasn't to head in and meet people." I extended my hand towards the door handle, earning a nod from Ryan.

As we walked in, people glanced us before turning back to their work. I took notice as Ryan craned his neck to admire the choice of decoration in the classroom. Posters from wall to wall, the misfits, the Ramones, and many more. Mr. Anderson walked up to us, a small smile on his face.

"Nice of you to finally join us Mr. Urie." He said sarcastically.

"I'm sorry sir, I was called to the office to show a new student around." I replied a smile still on my face.

"Ahh so this is the new student, George Ross correct?" He asked, looking at the sheet in his hands.

"Uh- actually it's Ryan." He said showing his schedule. Mr. Anderson nodded and gestured for us to take a seat.

"Okay so basically all we do in this class is, play instruments, no marching band instruments though, talk, and every one and a while we will have a project, but the projects are pretty cool so nothing to worry about too much." I explained to Ryan, grabbing a guitar before sitting down.

"Sounds pretty great." He followed me to a table and sat to my right.

"So, who's the fresh meat?" My friend Pete playfully teased at Ryan before sitting next to him.

I chuckled. "Pete, this is Ryan, Ryan, my trusty friend Peter Wentz, but call him Pete or he'll get pissy and yell at you."

"Yeah, yeah. Anyway, nice to meet you." He smiled at Ryan before pointing to me. "Why did I have to have to pull you off of Dallon earlier? Did he say something about your forehead?" He asked jokingly and I shook my head.

"Uh no actually, although I wish that were the case." I took a deep breath to keep my eyes from watering. "Uh he uh was cheating on me. With a girl. And if I'm being honest gender doesn't matter but I was under the impression he was completely gay, so it's pretty confusing." Pete drew back and clasped a hand over his mouth.

"Why would he cheat on you man, you guys have been together forever I mean, did something happen?" he rambled on, earning a small groan from me.

"I really wish you would shut up and let me talk without you interrupting me man. Anyway, yeah, he was cheating on me with a girl and I met her today and as a gay man I can say that she's hot as fuck and I should have seen it coming but I didn't and I hate people so much."

"Woah-woah-woah-woah, now you're rambling. Who was it?" Pete said waving his hands in my face for a moment. Ryan cut in saving my ass for the second time today.

"Her name is Ashley Fryingpan or something like that." I nodded smiling at him.

"Oh god." Pete said. "You know she's a lesbian, right? She's one of my closest friends.

I looked up from my lap, leaning the guitar against the table.

"Yeah dude she's dating a girl named Lindsey on the down low cause her parents are religious as fuck." Pete said, lowering his voice as he spoke.

My heart was racing and I was on the verge of tears. Did he know she was gay? Fuck this is all a mess and I feel like shit.

"Yo dude, you okay?" Ryan asked me, innocently placing a hand on my knee.

"I-I... no not really I need to talk to Ashley, or Dallon, preferably both." I stood abruptly, handing the guitar to Ryan.

"Uh yeah man, you go do that. Just don't try to kill anyone because I can't leave." Pete said, scooting closer to Ryan and they started talking.

---

I started pacing the school parking lot between mine and Dallon's cars. The final minutes of school passed rather quickly as I twirled my pen around my fingers.

I jumped slightly as the dismissal bell sounded, stopping in my tracks and waiting patiently. My heart was still racing, as much as I want to punch him un the face, he deserved to know what was happening, if Ashley had a girlfriend, exactly had her and Dallon been "together"

I catch a glance of him walking through the parking lot, keys in hand and the left side of his face tinted slightly purple. I winced, the longer I looked at him, the more I felt like shit.

"Bren please, if you're here to yell at me or punch me more, I don't need it. Trust me, I know I fucked up. I-." Dallon pleaded.

"Dal, please, just call Ashley, I need to talk to the two of you without fighting."

"A-alright." He stuttered out, dialing his phone.

---

No later than ten minutes later, there the three of us were, sitting on the pavement by our cars silently until I spoke up.

"Okay, I realize we talked earlier but I have a question for you Ashley." I asked, her blue hair blowing slightly in the breeze.

"Okay, shoot." She nodded smiling towards me.

I took a deep breath, the hair on the back of my neck standing up.

"Who is Lindsey?" Ashley looked at me with a shocked expression on her face, breath getting caught in her throat and her face flushing white. This better be good.
