It's the feeling when my heart falls down into my abdomen.
It's where my stomach seems to have it's own pulse.
My lungs feel held down
and my hands begin to shake.
I start feeling sick.
Worst of all, this doesn't just happen at the edge of the cliff,
it happens every time I talk to you.
