Chapter 24

Life goes on.

          I was crumbling in fare because I know his father was coming to destroy us tonight I know death was coming then I remembered how close I came to death before. I was in the city shopping for my grandmother and myself the rain was falling heavily that is why when it rains i slowly fall to peaces.  The car was driving up slowly and the car took a deep corner and I witness my light flashed before my eyes and I was silent when another car crashed into the taxi, all of the glasses were shattered and the left side of the door was rip off and every passengers in the car was cut up with the broken glasses i was not cut externally but internally I was shattered because I came so close to Mr. Death.

         And now death is going to try and cut me down again. Oshane told me to come over early and I should not tell anyone so I didn't tell Iesha, Mom or no one else. Tanisha told Melissa what is going to happen so she should stay over for the night. I know Moya was going to be okay because no one know she was back in the country.

         The day wine up like a wheel and time was not waiting for me either I lelf mom a voicemail saying..
"I will say over Tanisha house tonight."
I told Moya that I will stay the rest of weeks with her i sent her a text message although I was getting a feeling that i wouldn't see her again after tonight. When I reached at Tanisha house the sun was going down into the sea and the evening breeze was rushing through the trees. The house was different from the last time I saw it the house was painted in yellow and white paintings  and the yard was decorated with white fences I like the new look of the house. Tanisha mother was on a business trip I called my dad I got is  voicemail box and I told him everything.

       The last time I glance at my watch It was 5: 30 PM sharp. The others were up stairs I saw them looking at me through the window. I opened the gate and I pulled the door it screamed opened when I heard a voice calling my name saying.
"Michael stop...."
I turned around and saw Johanna crying, I was wondering how she find me so quickly and it seemed she needed confirming I ran over toward her and hugged her tightly I said softly.
"It's going to be okay don't worry everything is going to be okay..."
The street lights turned on and her hair was golden brown now. Her hair was beautiful and her eyes were reflecting the light making it impossible to resist them her.
She said quickly
"I am sorry for everything that I have done to you and your friends.

         Michael what would you do if  your mother was being held has an hostage and you were being black mailed and you were told to do wicked things what would you do?"
I didn't understand what she was talking about then it said quickly.
"What are you talking about?"
She looked into my eyes and said slowly.
"I didn't have a choice i have to hurt them I am sorry.."
I was more confused but her beautiful ear rings captured my attention then I started analysing them because they were the exact copy of the one in my bags. Oshane shouted thought the window and said loudly.
"It's too dangerous get inside now!!..."
I turned around and said quickly.
"Just a few more minutes...."
The phone was still in my right hand because I wanted to call Moya to tell her I was safe, after I finished my conversation with Johanna i was directly staring at Oshane with my back turned to Johanna then I heard  when Oshane shout out louder.
"Look out!!!!!!!"

        I turned around quickly and I saw Johanna right hand coming down with a black handle kitchen knife I held up my right hand and the knife when straight through I turned around and started running has fast has I could when I reached inside I shut the door tightly. My heart broke the world record because I couldn't slow down my beating heart, my hand was bleeding that what I taught then I looked at my right hand, it was a little stab because the phone was in my hand and the knife when straight thought the phone. I know that the ear rings I saw on the crime seen was her's and I can't believe she was capable of takeing people lives and I know something was wrong about this incident because that was not her ! Because she was protecting me still because their was so much areas on my body she could've stuck the knife in and she chose the phone.
