Chapter 17

Corruption in high places.

          The next morning on campus we were still hiding because we would be expelled the moment Mr. Robinson saw us and I know it's just a matter of time. Alrick and Jerome waited for my signal then they started fighting. I made the other members attract as much crowd as possible and in no time Mr. Robinson was dragging Alrick and Jerome into his office. When I saw the headline it made me smile because the unknown person was running out of ideas the head line read.
"The culprits in g squad are hiding from the administrators because  they know if they are seen it would be the end of their miserable lives.

         I smiled again because i know the unknown person will be silenced soon. Oshane came to me and said happily.
"We are going to destroy them soon they won't know what hit them we just need some dirt on them."
I said nothing because I saw Alrick coming with my phone. He had a smile on his face and I know he enjoyed the excitement. He said happily.
"That's the best plan I have ever heard in my life and that was entertaining to fight for fun."
I smiled and took my phone it was still recording so I paused and save the file. I know we will find the answers on the device. I didn't trust Alrick and the rest of the group with the truth so  me and Oshane secretly listen the record in the guidance room my battery was low now but I turned up the sound. We were listing there conversation for hours they were talking about life, money, and fame. The record was almost over and we didn't learned nothing. I was thinking about the worst ending because we were doomed now then I heard the voice of two unknown persons but I know Mr. Robinson voice I heard when he said wickedly.
"They shouldn't scope in people's private business now they are paying dearly but we need the lost files that were taken from my personal computer. Because if they figure out the details we would be in problems. I know they are protecting each other but when we framed them and cover them up with lies then they can't do us know harm because we will expell and terminate them before they can explain them selves.

And when we are finished with them they will wish they were never born. I heard when a female voice said calmly.
" What about the person who is providing you with information about them?"
I heard Mr. Robinson said wickedly.
"I will expell that one first! I am just using her when I catch those demons I will turn them into angels then brake off their wings. I promised that I will give her Michael and Oshane post but she will get a stab in the heart just like what she did to her friends. I want my documents in 48 hours no more Mr. Nice guy tell any lies on them and when you see them leave Oshane to me I waited for three years to destroy him. Rip them apart and expell all of g squad if you have to because if they know what was on the documents we would be spending alot of time behind bars."

         The record ended I couldn't believe it they would terminate, destroy, and tarnish our reputation for documents. I know that this was bigger than possessions, post and power I know It was corruption in the highest quality. The breath left out of Oshane body and I know the end of us was inevitable. Oshane broke the silent and said hopefully
"We need to know who in the group has the documents and we should find them before they do. We rushed out of the office and stop in our tracks because we heard a public announcement saying.
"Michael and Oshane are responsible for hacking into my private computer stealing documents  if you see them report to the office immediately."
Oshane said quickly.
"Those basters are cutting off our legs and we can't been seen on campus by anyone. Not even our friends because some one in our own group his betraying us because they want power and possessions."
I said angrily.
"They are trying to expell us because they are doing something illegal and one of our friends find out, that's why they are destroying us because they don't know which one of us have the documents."
I know we could not be seen by anyone on campus only the persons who we trusted. I called and told Iesha to
" Go and get Melisa because I need to talk to her."

I wait for her in the guidance room because i have a spear key for the office, but I know that I was going to fail my friends, I felt so depressed and lost because I couldn't not do anything because I don't know who stole the documents. She came into the room Iesha stayed out side watching for the administrators who were going to burn us to ash if they saw us. I told Melissa of my back up plan if we failed. She said sadly.
"I don't want you to ever leave me promise me you won't leave me. And promise me you will save your friends because they need you guys more than ever now.".

           I was thinking about Johanna and Moya wondering what would happen if they were here with me if thing would be any different. I kissed her lips and why I remove my lips I said happily.
"Know matter what happens to me I will always love you and rember the plan I am counting on you."
I hugged her tightly and I wipe the tears from her eye's with my right hand and then I slowly remove my hand from her waist. She walked off I could hear the sadness in her voice when she turned around and said
" I love you."
I didn't want her to lose hope so I said calmly.
"It's going to be okay don't worry."
She smiled and open the close door and when through slowly. But what she didn't know was those words were only spoken by Moya and Johanna when they know the world is crushing me. When I looked Iesha was vanished.
 

           Then it occurred to me where his Oshane? I rushed out of the room quickly looking for him exposing my identity to campus we were popular  so everyone know us we did not have any power, authority and possession anymore so we were not like lions now but we were seen as defenceless kittens. Everyone who saw me ran off especially my enemies towards the administrative block. I didn't care because I could run extremely fast. I didn't see any member of g squad I was wondering if they elope leaving the rest of us to take the fall. I ran of to go back to the guidance department when I look up I saw Mr. Black and three more lectures waiting for me up there i was reaching at the bottom of the stairs . I stop under the stairs turn my back to the equipment room that was always locked. They were coming down from up stairs I could hear their foot steps coming down...

         I looked to the left I saw Mr.Robinson coming with five lectures in the distance. I looked to the right I saw Mrs. Smith coming with two lectures I was cornered if I made a run for it I would be caught they didn't saw me but if I moved they would this his the end I said to my self I closed my eyes tightly my back was sticked to the door.

Life is so unfair at times but when the world his on a person shoulders they should plant their feets into the ground like a tree.
