It's Really Him

(STILL ESME'S POV)

I couldn't believe who I saw. He smiled at me and made his way over behind Trevor. 

"Hi my name is Trevor!" I shook his hand.

"I'm Esme, nice to meet you." I said kind of quickly so that I could see Sam.

And then there he was, standing right infront of me. 

"Well look who it is!" he said still smiling.

"Hi..." I said embarrassed, he was a cute Cali boy, just what I was looking to meet and his first impression of me wasn't exactly the greatest. 

"I'm glad I get a second chance to actually introduce myself, I'm Sam Pottorff." 

His voice was just as sweet as I had remembered. He held his hand out and I shook it. 

"I'm Esme, nice to meet you again" I laughed and so did he. 

I watched the way he smiled and the way he laughed. I felt how he gave my hand a tight squeeze before slowly pulling it away from mine, letting our finger tips slowly brush by eachother. He was kind of perfect. I know it was crazy for me to say that, only meeting him twice, but something about him just made me completely attracted to him. 

"So... want to go inside? I need to get dried off." he said, pulling me out of my trance.

"Sure" I replied, as we began to walk side by side along the pool. 

"So what brings you here?" Sam asked, holding the door to the house open for me. 

The loud music was still playing so I had to talk loudly, "My friend Farrah's here for Jc, I just came with her" I told him. 

"Aaaah, Farrah and Jc, I'll have to tease him about that later" he said giving me a wink, he turned the corner leading to a set of stairs. "Here, come up this way" he said as he led the way onto the second floor. 

We walked into a bedroom, I couldn't tell who's it was. To me it just looked like a big mess. There was a computer on an unmade bed, clothes all over the floor, a camera on a tripod, and some lights in the corner. 

"You can just sit on the bed if you want, I'll be right out" he instructed. 

I sat down on the unmade bed while Sam grabbed some clothes out of a bag and walked into the hall. 

While he was gone I pulled out my phone to see if anyone texted me. 

2 texts from Farrah and 1 missed call from Mom..

Farrah was texting me asking where I was, I could tell she didn't actually care because she was probably having a blast with Jc. I answered her then put my phone away. Just then Sam came back in, throwing his wet towel and bathing suit on the floor and grabbing my hand so I stood up from the bed. He looked so cute, although I was a bit upset that his perfectly fit body was now covered by a tank top. 

We went back down the stairs and into the party again. 

"Let's go dance" Sam said grabbing my hand and running into the crowd giving me no time to respond. I didn't mind though, I was a dancer so I always love to dance at parties. We did some dumb but still funny dance moves for about 2 songs and then he pulled me close to dance with him. Our hips swayed together to the beats of the music. While we were dancing I looked around the crowd to see if I recognized anyone around me. There were a few familiar faces that I have seen online before. This must have been a party for all their youtube friends. I turned to the right and noticed I was dancing right on the side of Farrah and Jc. I put my arm out and pushed her to the side. She turned to look at me smiling bigger then ever and pulled off Jc to start dancing with me, I did the same to Sam. Me and Farrah danced for a while. I looked to the side to see Sam and Jc were talking to eachother. I wondered what they were saying. Of course I thought it was about me and Farrah. Sam turned his head to see me looking at him and smiled. I smiled back then returned my focus to Farrah.

"This is awesome!" she yelled over the music.

"I know!" I answered laughing.

She looked over towards Jc, then to Sam, and back at me with a shocked look. 

"I know! I couldn't believe it was him either!" I said to her. She laughed and winked at me giving me a thumbs up. I blushed and pushed her away and she laughed. 

Sam and Jc joined us in dancing again. We were all having so much fun, and no one realized how late it was getting.

By the time the party began to die down it was already 2:00 in the morning. I was beyond tired and not looking forward to sleeping in the car. 

They said goodbye to the guests that had left and Jc shut the music off. Kian, Andrea, and Jen came over to us. I hugged Andrea and Jen goodbye before they left. 

"GOODNIGHT" Kian yelled running upstairs into his room. We all laughed at how tired he was. 

I looked over at Trevor who was snoring on one of the couches. I wonder how long he's been sleeping.

Connor and Ricky finally came inside.

"Esme, you didn't tell us you had a friend here!" Connor shouted.

"Guys this is my friend Farrah" Jc said. 

"Ohhhhh Jc, this is YOUR friend" Ricky said making Connor laugh. Jc blushed. 

Farrah and I figured we should get going.

I turned to face Sam. 

"I had a great time with you tonight" he said.

"Me too" I blushed.

"Where are you guys staying while you're here?" he asked me, taking my phone out of my hand and adding his contact in. 

"Well no where in particular, we have been staying in our car, we don't have enough money to pay for a  hotel while we're here" I said putting my head down.

"Are you kidding?!" he asked looking at Jc and telling him what I had just said.

Jc looked at Farrah and grabbed her keys out of her hands. 

"A car is not a place to sleep! You guys are staying here tonight, Sam can sleep on that couch and you guys can have the comfier couch that pulls out into a bed" Jc said looking at Sam and laughing. 

"You guys don't have to do that, really, we are fine" I said trying to get the keys back from Jc.

Sam grabbed my shoulder and pulled me towards him, "please just stay, I don't mind sleeping on the couch. It's not safe to stay in your car." he said. 

"Fine" we finally agreed. 

Sam and Jc cheered and got us some blankets.
