The Garner family, my family. Everyone usually thinks that we're just another typical peaceful family that loves each other and care for each other.
Truth is, my parents, David Garner and Nicole Garner only cared for my brother, Kyle Garner. They listen to every word Kyle tells them and always treats him like a king.
When we go out for events, my family acts like they care for me but when we're alone, they force me to do things for them like a slave and even beat me for their own pleasure. The only friend i have in this house is none other than my dog, Ruffles. Whenever i have a bad day, he'll just come along and lick all my worries away, turning my frown into a smile.
I sigh.
It's 11:30p.m, Monday. I'll be going to a new school starting tomorrow, it's already the second term which means i'll be one of those new kids who'll be getting all the attention for about a week or two. One of the many things that i do not enjoy having. But then again, going to school means i spend half of the day not at home, which is a good thing.
Well, i guess i better go to sleep. Don't want to look like a zombie on my first day and scare everyone.
I cover myself with my blanket as i close my eyes and forget about reality.
