Is this actually happening?

I try to understand this clearly to make sure that i'm not being stupid and thinking about it the wrong way, no, there's no way that this could mean something else... "I think i'm falling for you".
I continue to stare at the note, not taking notice of the time or my surroundings.
"What's that?" Says Zack as he makes his way towards me after noticing a lonely person sitting by himself along the corridor hold a piece of paper and staring at it like it's taken him to another world.
"Oh, umm, just some notes i've written down for english." Quickly chucking the precious paper into my pocket.
"Sure... and what's with that big smirk on your face?" Zach replies.
Of course i was smiling... gotta think of some excuse... maybe i'll just say that i wrote something dumb by accident... will that work?
Screw it. I'm going with that.
"Yeah, wrote something dumb by accident cause i was dozing off." I force out a giggle.
"Sounds about right." Zach laughs, but i know that he has not been fooled by my lie.
The bell rings
Thank god. The bell saved me from that awkward situation.
Okay, time for the last lesson of the day, English, which will also be the last assessment for today.
I take a deep breath and enter the class.

Sitting on my bed, still thinking about what had just happened.
So all this time i was wondering, "What was wrong with me?", falling in love soo quickly.
There was nothing wrong.
I just couldn't believe it. When all my life i've been used like a toy by people all around me, forced to do things like a slave and for their own pleasure.
Finally, my miracle for happiness has been delivered.
