It felt like my mind had stopped working. I couldn't think of someone to tell this news too. With these thoughts, I run out of my room as it felt too suffocating. Colliding with something, I am back to my senses as I look up to see. A frowning Zameer is looking back at me with concern in his eyes. He took hold of my shoulders and shook me. I might me be looking too scared.
"Where are you going in such a hurry?" Zameer says.
I do what my mind tells me to do at the moment.
"I...Uh...I am go...going...tto...S..suk...Sukaina.." I lie freeing my shoulders from his grasp. I hope he doesn't catch my stuttering.
Running again towards the staircase. I am in full speed while on the staircase, as a result my foot slips while I am little high on the stairs. My back touches each and every stair such that by the time I reach the ground my body is aching all over. I mentally thank Allah because my head is all fine. If I get another injury on my head than it will probably be very miserable.
Standing up from my previous position, I dust my pant and start walking towards no where. I am so lost in my thoughts that I don't realise that I am in the garden. The cheerful chirping of the birds bring me back to my senses. It is only then I realise the depth of the situation I am currently in. I sit on the green coloured grass beneath my feet and look towards the sky. The cool breeze on my face makes my hair fly backwards, away from my neck on which it previously was.
It's true that we don't feel how bad a thing is unless it happens to us. I had read many books on stalkers and the mystery that revolve around them, I thought that they were purely imagination. I loved reading them so much that I was obsessed with Mystery/Thriller genre. I enjoyed reading the characters feelings, their emotions, their fear, everything. Never in my wildest dream had I thought that I would have a stalker stalking me for reasons know only to him.
The more I think about the situation, the more I feel like pouring out my heart. But the thought of my family being in danger stops me from doing such thing. I can't take the risk of putting my family in danger. Stalkers are known to be psycho. I exhale a loud breath and put my forehead on my knees. My hair is now falling all over my face, giving a tickling sensation because if the slight breeze.
"Mama's calling for dinner." A quiet voice of Zaman interrupted that calm atmosphere. I looked up to see the sun setting in the west forming a beautiful scenery that is every photographer's first choice in capturing. Unfortunately, neither am I a photographer nor I am currently interested in doing things like clicking pictures.
"Yes I am coming." I say to Zaman who has his hand folded over his chest. He gives a small nod and goes back inside.
Looking at the sky, once again, I pray to my Creator to give me strength to face this difficulty. He is giver of everything. It is better to turn to Him that anyone else. I ask him to give me patience to bear the difficulties of this life and to be my side in my darkest hour. With this I get up from the ground and make my way inside the house where you could hear the hustling and bustling of more than thirty people.

"Is Zara ready?" I hear someone outside my room. They seem to be near the door because I could hear them clearly.I put the bottle of kohl on the table and reach for lipstick. After putting on the lipstick, I look in the mirror. Finally, I am ready.
Today is the henna night. Since there will be no gents, I had styled my hair in an elegant updo. A knock on the door and in comes my two brothers.
"What are you both doing here?" I ask.
"Can't we just see our own sister." Zaman says. "She is not yet married and look what she is saying. I think after she is married she will forget us completely." With this Zaman puts a hand over his heart and dries off a fake tear.
