Stacey Wright: BobcatMusic
I walked down to the music store down a couple blocks from the clothes store I was in. I went in and looked around, barely anyone. I went and looked at the guitars. I sighed grabbing my phone and sending a couple pictures to my friend. I went to look at the guitar picks and ran into someone. He grabbed my arm helping me regain my balence,
"I'm so sorry, I didn't see you." I smiled shyly,
"Its alright, I wasn't paying attention." I looked up and blushed hard. He half smiles showing his dimples,
"You play?" He gestured to the guitar picks in my hand making me snap back to reality,
"Uh, yeah. I do guitar covers of songs here and there. Nothing big." He chuckles,
"I'd say that's pretty big if music is something you wanna do." I shrug,
"I'm Nathan." I gliggled,
"Stacey, but people call me Bobcat." He gave me a look making me chuckle,
"I have no idea." He laughs slightly. My phone buzzed making me grab it. My friend had texted back making me walk passed Nathan and back to the guitars,
"So your here for a guitar?" I nodded,
"My recent one was snapped in half." He got a hurt look making me giggle,
"Nate, come on." He looks over then looks back at me,
"I gotta head out, see you later?" I blushed nodding,
"Definitely." He smiles showing both his dimples making me blush. We switched numbers and he walks away waving. I bit my lip smiling and shaking my head. After getting the guitar and guitar picks I went and paid then went back to my house. I got inside and set my guitar by the couch. My phone goes off beside me and Nathan had texted me,
Didn't think we'd be neighbors.
I got a confused look but here a truck pull up. I sighed and got up. I stood in the driveway as he stands there,
"What are you doing, Luke?" He gave me a sad look,
"I miss you." I rolled my eyes and Nathan caught my eye. He stood on the sidewalk across the street with someone else. I ran my fingers through my hair,
"Luke you know you can't be here."
"I know, but I'm so so so sorry. Please, give me another chance." I shake my head,
"You beat me, then claimed I was trying to kill you. You seriously think I'm gonna give you another chance?" He looks at the ground,
"I was scared, okay, I didn't know what I was doing." I laughed slightly,
"Leave. Just go." He sighs sadly. I watched him get in his car and leave. I kneeled on the ground with my hands on the back of my neck. I stood up and my phone went off. It was my brother, Craig. I sighed answering it,
"Hello?"
"Hey Stace, what's wrong? You sound upset." I wiped the tears from my face and sighed,
"Luke found me, he knows where I live."
"Wait, what?!" I went back inside and sat on my couch,
"He was practically begging me to take him back. I'm scared Craig, what if he comes back?" I hear my brother sigh,
"I'll be out there in a few days. Do you know someone who can at least check up on you until I get there?" Nathan came to mind after he said that,
"I think I have someone in mind."
"Okay, be careful." I hung up and sat back. I inhaled deeply as my phone started going off again. It was Nate,
"Hello?"
"Hey, is everything okay?" I sighed,
"I guess you could say that." He hums not buying it,
"Hey, what are you doing tomorrow?" I hum getting up and walking to my room,
"Probably unpack more boxes. Why, what did you need?" He chuckles,
"I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out." I smiled blushing slightly,
"Ummm, okay, what time?" He let a breath go making me hold back a giggle,
"Around one or two. I'll come get you." I smiled,
"Okay." he chuckles. We talked for a while until he had to go. I lay on my bed staring at the ceiling until I finally decided to get up and change. I laid down and cuddled into the blanket slowly drifting to sleep.
