Saving her life...

I began to grow guts after a few days and finally asked Beth to the movies on Saturday. She said yes and I watched her as she walked home, doing fist pumps and constantly shouting; "YES!". I thought she was such a sweet one. I realized how long it had been of not seeing my friends in one big group. I decided to text them all, including a new one named Shadow. She seemed very private. I told them I was having a house party as my mum and dad had agreed. Charlie (My lil' brother) was going to bed extremely early for this plan to go forward. The first person to come and knock was Elie and Meggy. The two sisters stood there giggling at all the old fashioned music my mum and dad had on the shelves. What they didn't know was that I had a STACK of music upstairs. Then Alex came knocking. He looked sketchy and weird as usual, knocking on my door and looking like he was delivering drugs of some sort in his perverted manor. I led him through and only a few moments later, Shadow was here, shyly clinging on to Beth that accompanied her. "H-hi..." she said, stuttering wildly. Beth helped her through to the living room and I stuck my head out the door, peeking out to see if Max or Lilly were coming. Uni told me should would be fashionably late (as usual). I then heard a massive knock on the door, making the whole room which was buzzing with life form fall to silence. I crept up, opening it. As soon as I did, Lilly was there, mascara stained tears running down her cheeks, trickling onto the stone step bellow. "Max doesn't want me!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. I just glared at her, not knowing how to respond. "He wants...BETH!" she said with a hop back for extra affect. I shook my head "Only I want her," I whispered, keeping my voice low. She cackled with laughter. I had no idea what she was doing. "SNAP OUTTA IT!" I shouted, not bothering any longer to keep my voice low. The living room door opened and Beth emerged out. "What's going on here?" She asked, curiously. "Ugh, it's you! The senpaii snatching bitch!" she sniggered with that statement. Beth stood there, her arms limp and her body slouching. "I...?" she said, sounding confused. "Ha! You know what you've done!" She laughed. Then, she pulled a small pocket knife out her shirt. Me and Beth both stood, frozen in time. She laughed violently at this point. "Calm yourself!" I said, looking truly concerned about her. She came running at Beth but with a swipe of my hand I created a force field between us both sending Lilly flying and hitting the ground with a  *THUD*. The blue light orbited both me and Beth, protecting us. I turned to see her, completely blown away from what just happened. "W-woah..." She said, looking down at Lilly, the orb and then me. She leaned up and simply gave me a small peck. I felt my cheek like it was holy. She then just leaned forward and before kissing me and wrapping herself around me she said; "*Giggle* You're my hero...You're my personal superman." She spoke with a whisper and then our lips were together. These moments were the best....
