Elie's perspective:
"Elie, hey!" Shouted a familiar voice from behind me. I turned around to see none other than miniature Beth, running towards me with Shadow slopping behind her. "Oh Elie, I've been looking for you!" She screeched, hugging my waist tightly. I pulled her off, confidently and bent down to her level, trying to intimidate her so she'd leave me alone. "Oh well, good you haven't got stepped on yet, 'ey?" I laughed. I realized I was being a little harsh and stood back up. "UGH! You're the one still in school miss! I'm doing GCSE's and yet...I'm more childish then you...huh..." She giggled and as soon as Shadow reached me Beth skipped off faster then ever, clearly a little frightened of me. I held my head up high and walked off. "UGH!" I said loudly so my girls would join my side but only Meggy shuffled over. "H-hi sis...I was wondering why you're acting up like this?" She asked me, innocently. "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS MISSES!" I shouted in her face. She burst into tears being only a year 8 and ran off. I jolted into the toilets as soon as the lesson bell went and hid in a cubicle. I began balling and balling into my hands as I sat on the on the pulled down toilet lid. "MAX!" I cried through my tears, stuttering with surprise. Time flew by and in what felt like 5 minutes (which was really an hour) the second period bell rang loudly and dramatically. "Eliieee?" I heard a name say as it creaked into the bathroom. I held my breath and tried not to keep letting out breathes. Who was it? "Elie! It's Beth, I won't hurt you. You just weren't here for break when we got outta' class, ya' know?" She said. I came out, tears still trickling down my cheeks. "Oh my!" She exclaimed. Shadow stood, lifeless behind her. She seemed very...strange and I heard an erg to her. But going to Beth, who was mopping my face with her shirt. "Oh you don't have to," I said, clearing my cheeks and nudging her away. "Oh...well ok!" She said, standing up straight like a soldier, acting like she didn't care. "What's the matter with you recently?!" She argued, sounding sorta vicous. "Oh...It's Lilly and that..." "AND...AND THAT?!" She stuttered, thinking things through clearly. "UGH! Fine I'll tell you, I'm in deep envy of Max and Lilly! I've always been so, SO jealous of Lilly...Oh so jealous!" I replied. She stared at me for a good few seconds before bursting with laughter. "You? With Max? NO CHANCE!" She said, pointing and laughing. I pushed past her, angrily and then walked out the bathroom. UGH!
