Hey guys before I start todays chapter I would like to thank people who were in this fanfic etc. I'm so sad this is ending but on my 'BunBun Online Blog' I didn't warn you about a brand new fanfic. It's much more adventurous and inspired by the brand new film, Suicide Squad. I'm sadly not able to watch it but I long to see it and have the trailers on repeat. So I thought why not make a fanfic based around me and my good friends as characters much like the ones in Suicide Squad. I would rather not like to spill many details as it's a surprise and I'm SO excited to start it after this last and long chapter. So sit back, relax GRAB SOME POPCORN ;D and let's see what happens to the characters in the end. By the way, this has no perspectives as a change.
20 years later,
Monday 6th June 2036
It was a crisp, dry morning set out ahead of Alex. He seemed to had not eaten much for his Breakfast that day but was still in a springy mood as usual, The mother, Beth, was clearing out the cupboards of any scraps or unwanted food deserted in the back, forgotten and unloved. She paced over to Alex and adjusted his lobsided tie. She smiled sweetly at her son, who was nineteen, and pecked his cheek limply. "I hope everything goes great at the interview honey, I'm sure father would be proud to know how far you've come in the banking industry." she told him, while scraping up some files from the oak table and passing them over. "Yes mum, I'm sure he would be." He answered with a grimace starting to form on his face. The moment was tense for a while until Beth spoke at last. "You know, soon I would like to introduce you to some past memories and boyfriends, friends and insadents. *Chuckle* I had some great times when I was young, you know. The type you have when you're at a party, Or in my personal opinion...a bit more hectic!" "That would be lovely, maybe when I get home?" He answered with a smile instantly comng upon him. "Of course, I'll find some pictures on my phone. It's a bit old now with your high tech equiptment. But photo albums, text messages and maybe...I could get hold of my friends." She replied. "That's great, now when's that bus again? I need to catch it by eleven or I'll be late." He asked, with a bit of a snappish tone to it. "Oh um, *Looks at bus time table* About four minutes so go stand out and wait for it." Suggested Beth. And that was exactly what he did, no hesitation to it what so ever. She blew Alex a kiss from the slick, frosty door step and then made her way to the warmth. It hit her face and inspired her thoughts, Maybe a cuppa or a coffee would do her the world of good. She sat down at the oak table she had earlier taken files off of and waited while the kettle boiled, bubbling and making hot fumes fill it's surrounding area. She pottered over and lifted the lid. Pooring her tea with the crackling noise always gave Beth a homely feel. She used her favourite mug she received fourteen years earlier from her good friend Sam who probably had a wife and children or child like herself. She plonked down and started sipping away while listening to the wireless propped up on the side board. After a little rest she made her way to her bedroom with everything neatly packed away. Taking out her old phone and photo albums gave her a chill. Pictures of her wedding day were spreaded around the box, leaving not as much space for the real good times. When she was widowed five years before she tried to get rid of most of the photos and pass them down to her son, Alex. That hadn't gone to plan seeing as half the things were riddled with photos of the marriage kiss, her dress, her family and most importantly her husband. He was named Jack and they met near the tail end of Univeristy. They'd bumped into eachother and kept in touch, Seeing eachother everyday after made it not hard for a relationship to eventually form. He died from a brain tumour and left the family in rags. She threw the wedding photos at the bed and broke down on the floor, crying uncontrollably. She wasn't sure who she was, what she was or even if she was worth a life, a space in the world or anything inbetween. Moments after her break down crisis she was able to find all her older photos from high school and when she first moved to the city with her mum back in 2016. It seemed so long ago now she thought about it. Being widowed and left with a child at the age of 35 wasn't very pleasant. She flicked through the pictures and fell to one that was of the whole group. Uni, Max, Sam, Elie, Meggie, Alex, Lilly, Emma and herself. This made a tear fall down her cheek and land on the floor bellow her. She had to find them, but how? They probably moved on and had careers or a family of their own, they wouldn't need some old woman to go and blow that all for them, would they? Right?
Sam had been recording videos non stop ALL DAY! He did that a lot even though he was old now for YouTube. He had around 50k and people adored his videos. He never expected to end up in such a persission as this. He called a number of times down stairs to his roommate, Max. They had vigorously hated eachother and would give eachother awful and depiseful looks in the halls however now they were more then best friends, closer than a fruit on a tree. He came up the stairs and leaned on his door frame. "What?" "Can you grab me a coke from the mini fridge before I record the next video?" He asked with a wonky smile and blood shot eyes. "S-sure." He replied weerily. Sam had become so attracted to that Play Station he loved it more than PornHub. Which FYI used to be his favourite thing ever invented. But now he would rather watch a lap dance on GTA than anything else. Max returned and chucked the coke onto his lap. It his his balls and he screamed in agony. But he didn't take his eyes off the screen for one minute. "Wanna watch a lap dance with me?" He asked. "Sam, we need to talk about your health. Being on this 24/7 is not helping your psychotic problems, ok?" said Max with a new approach. "I'm not sure, this is more fun than real woman!" He replied. Max's head was buzzing with ideas for a come back but found one that he enjoyed. "Remember Beth? You enjoyed her, right?" With a smerk he tapped his shoulder and waited tensely for an answer. "Yes...maybe we should invite her round." He suggested. "That would be wonderful, let me find out her old number and hope she still uses it or I'll go down into the city and ask some people if they know the last name Bunnett." With that, he turned his back and paced away to the telephone down stairs. He looked at the cracked screens of his dinosaur like phone and pressed the numbers in. The dialing tone started...and continued until a matured voice answered on the other end. "Can I help?" it replied. "Oh, is this Bethany Bunnett?" He asked, with a hopeful smile on his face. "Yes, and you are?" "I'm Max Falcon. Remember me from high school? Sam's here!" Max replied excitedly. "REALLY!? Oh golly I was hoping you'd call me. Is that weird? I haven't seen you in 15 years and I say such a thing. So, how are things?"
Little did they know she was the mother of Sam's BIGGEST fan.
Wait for tomorrows chapter to see the final!
