Fluttershy and Discord returned to Fluttershys cottage to contemplate how they would save Equestria. "I guess I could go to Twilights castle and find a book which will tell us how to stop Chrysalis?" Discord sighed and got up and looked at himself in the mirror and then looked at Fluttershy. "That will not work Chrysalis is far too powerful but there is one thing we can do." Discord stroked his beard. Fluttershy looked up a glimmer of hope in her eyes, "what, what is it we can do?" Discord sat down next to Fluttershy. "Fluttershy when you married me both of us knew that one day I would have to see you get old and then... well you know, but there is something I can do to give you power and strength and youth for the rest of your life. Having alicorn powers and draconequus powers you would defeat Chrysalis and Tirek forever!" Fluttershy got up and looked at here self in the mirror. Discord was right she would die and have to leave Discord. "So my darling, what do you think the process will not hurt." Fluttershy walked over to Discord and looked up at him and said, "If I live forever I will have to watch Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash,Twilight, Apple Jack and my children die in front of me!" Fluttershys eyes swelled up with tears. "Well not quite our children have draconequus powers too especially our baby so I am almost certain they will not die." Fluttershy looked up ,"But you can't be sure." Discord walked over to the picture of his family which hang on the wall,"No I can't be sure but I can make them immortal too but I am not turning your soppy friends immortal I'm not putting up with them for all eternity or Pinkie Pie singing 'When I was a little filly and the sun was going down' I'll got mad Fluttershy I'm sorry but I draw the line there." Fluttershy contemplated for a minute. Ok so she would have too loose her friends one day but her friends would be in danger now if she didn't become part draconequus part Alicorn. "Discord ok I will accept becoming part draconequus." Discord turned away from Fluttershy and smiled evilly! Discord walked over to Fluttershy and clicked his finger and suddenly a bright light appeared around Fluttershy.
