"ALAYA WAKE UP!" my roommate practically screamed in my ear.

"Five more minutes, Jess," I groaned, pulling my pillow over my head.

"It's Christmas! Get out of bed!" Jess shook the covers off of the bed.

"I know! Which means I should be allowed to sleep!" I playfully tossed my slipper at her and got out of bed.

I changed out of my nightie into a pair of green skinny jeans, a red sweater and a green and white scarf. I pulled my light brown waves back with a red and white striped head band. I walked into the living room and a few of my coworkers/friends were on the couch.

"Happy Christmas, Alaya!"

"Happy Christmas!" I smiled and sat with them. After talking and having some biscuits, we headed out to walk around town. We always did our Holiday shopping together and on Christmas day to save time from wrapping the gifts.

We were walking and I saw something from the corner of my eye. I looked down the alley and I saw a bright blue Police Box. I suddenly remembered the blue Police Box that had been outside my building, but had been moved shortly after I noticed it. If it was the same box, why would it be in an alley?

I told Jess I'd meet up with her at Ulta later and snuck behind the corner. I slowly walked up to the box and circled it. It was making a strange noise, like a heavy breathing that was strangely metallic. I put my hand on the wooden side and the noise subsided. There was a crashing noise so I ran behind the corner and watched the doors.

"Ah... You do love London don't you, girl?" I heard a faintly familiar voice say. I watched as a tall beach blonde in a black vest with a red bow tie walked out of the box.

I'd seen him before. At work. Why was he in an alley with an old police box?

"Alaya, I know you're watching me," he said without lifting his head from locking the door.

"Who are you?" I said hesitantly.

"Dalton. Dalton Rapattoni, and you are about to have a very interesting Christmas, Alaya Waters."

I was at the Ulta downtown when I said I would be, but Dalton was with me.

"Hi everyone! I'm Dalton. Happy Saint Patrick's Halloween Christmas... Fourth of July," he turned to me and whispered, "if anything really strange, a little wibbly wobbly, happens, I want you to take this and push that button here," and with that he handed me a silvery gold stick and ran off.

It was a strange little thing. A little bit smaller than the massive pens you get at primary school book fairs. There was a button at the bottom, a green circular button on the side and the button I was instructed to push was directly beneath the green one. It was green, larger, and square. The thing all together looked like a child's toy. A space wand of some sort.

Everyone was staring at me funny and I realized I had just been given a toy by a random stranger and had been told if something extremely weird happens. That should've been weird enough but I was willing to see where this would take me.

When it started getting late, we headed for Kingston Pub for supper. Christmas music was playing everywhere. Men dressed in Santa Masks were playing trumpets and trombones. Kids were tussling in the snow. Green, Red, and gold lights were strung from the shops. It was the perfect Christmas.

I sat down against the window and Jess sat across from me. Again I saw something in the corner of my eye. I tried not to look, but I couldn't help it. I turned to the window and the Santa trio were walking over a crowd of people, slowly towards the pub. One of them turned their head straight at me, causing me to jump.
