PJ left the party before Dan since he had to stay with Louise. They left last and Dan returned home by 1:00am.
Dan usually stayed up browsing until 3:00am so he wasn't extremely tired. Dan grabbed his laptop and began "browzin' on the tumbz" as usual. But he couldn't focus on the dank memes. He had PJ stuck in his head. He tied sleeping, but he wasn't tired and his mind was racing with images of PJ.
Dan remembered that PJ had recommended a new comic series, "The All New Avengers". So, he left his flat and made his way down the street to the nearest comic book shop.
Dan had never been in this shop before. He usually ordered his comics online, but to impress PJ, Dan wanted to read these comics ASAP.
He entered the store. There were chocolate brown wooden bookshelves leaning against the back walls, and two book shelves in the center on the room. On the right side was the main desk. In the back of the shop was a meeting area with a few love seats and bean bag chairs. There were a few florescent lights, but they seemed to only be on during the nighttime.
Dan approached the front desk.
"Do you have the "All New Avengers" series?"
"Yes, we have the first volume up to volume 7, that is the newest one. They are on the shelf behind you where the "Marvel" sign is." The clerk, said.
He walked over to the shelf, and grabbed the seven comics, and bought them.
"Do you mind if I stay and read these in that back sitting area?" Dan asked.
"Sure, my shift goes until 6:00am. So, feel free to stay here until then."
"Thank you," Dan read the name tag attached to the clerks chest, "Phillip."
