Let's Just Be Friends (Phan)

Dan had never been to a proper party, and he'd only ever hung around Zoe a few times before. He only really knew stuff about her through Louise, but only small details. Daniel knew that she had a brother Joe, a boyfriend Alfie and a pug Nala. He also knew that she lived in Brighton, whilst Dan and Louise lived in London.

Dan had met Zoe and her brother Joe on two occasions, once at Louise's birthday party and once in passing on the street. They got along well, which was good for Dan because he didn't think he would enjoy this party very much, with only three people he knew.

Louise arrived at Dan's at exactly 5:30 as she said she would, and they made it to Zoe's by 6:15.

Since Louise and Dan were technically late, there were already tones of people there. Dan counted fifty-eight. If these people he knew only Joe, Zoe and Louise. Sadly Zoe and Louise were talking to each other about make-up and other beauty products, and Joe was talking to his mates about football. Dan had no proper opinions on any of these topics, and felt left out.

He made his way through the party looking for someone to talk to when he saw the perfect person. They were sitting alone in the corner of what seemed to be the dinning room. What peeked Dan's interest about him was the comic book he had in his hands. "The new avengers vol.4" it read. Dan had read this series before. It had to do with an Illuminati made up of Marvel superheros.

Dan approached the boy preparing what he was going to say in his head. Then suddenly the boy looked up, and Dan froze. The boy had beautiful eyes, they were bright and he couldn't stop staring at them. They were a beautiful GREEN.

"Can I help you?" The boy said

"Uh, um, I, I, I couldn't help but notice the comic you are reading. I've read it before and I quite enjoy it, do you enjoy it, and my name is Dan by the way, Dan Howell, what is your name, you don't have to answer that if you won't want we just met, or well I started talk-"

"I'm PJ, you can call me Peej. To answer one of your other questions, I have read this series four times and all I can say is, the premise is very interesting, but the over all story line is a little confusing."

"Isn't all of Marvel"

"Ya I guess"

Dan and PJ spoke all night, they barely even stopped to take breaths or blink. Dan was in love.
