Dan was bisexual. He figured it out when he was in seventh year and he had a crush on this guy in his class. But at that point he assumed he was gay until he was asked to a school dance by a girl and he fell in love with her. Since then he has been falling head over heels for almost everyone he has ever met, except for Louise. Dan met Louise in kindergarten and has been friends with her ever since.
He thinks of her and a sister and she thinks of him as a brother. Louise is the only person Dan had ever told about his sexuality. She then became his go to person to tell about his crushes. He told her about girls, and she told him I'd they were nice or bitches. He would also tell her about boys and she would tell him if they played for his team. Dan only ever dated twice in his life, once in year nine he dated a girl named Emma, they broke up after a month. Then in twelfth year he asked a bit banned Chris to prom, and they dated through the summer, then broke up because they went to different Unis.
